Just the cake?! Riiiiiiight . . . But it’s obvious another complication will be coming up as she escorts this Lord Mortis. I love the story-telling in this comic and I’ve been eager for the next page after finding this comic just a couple weeks ago (#99).
Oh wow it took me a secound to see why she had to *ahem* as it were. I think we have had that one good moment were we don’t think about how silly we seem just skipping around and enjoying life. Her face is adorable in panel 3 perhaps Timmy said something or maby they tryed kissing again?

Definitely the cake. Its almost like the one who baked it knows an ingredient or two to put monsters in a good mood 🙂
And obviously that ingredient doesn’t affect humans.
Hm, just thought of something. If human interaction is so forbidden in Nox, would the bed bugs be allowed to wear their aegis while off duty? Seems to me something with so much potential for trouble would be regulated a little better where kids are concerned.
I just realized something, why is it mother moon is glowing? And I don’t mean figuratively like beautiful, I mean LITERALLY GLOWING!?!
I remember Lady Blackheart implying that Mother Moon was glowing because she was still “abusing that book”. I’m guessing it may be the one she gave Shadow.
Brandon has confirmed that it’s just a minor magical effect that Moonlight uses to look more impressive.
oh love it…. i think it’s a slight overdosing of all three,, a budding puppy love,, a fair mount of chocolate cake ( no hidden ingredient ).. and alot of Tim’s mood.!!
oh come on,, they are what , 11 ,,they still think kissing is ” blech ” so if she’s “”falling”” for him ,, she’s just started to stumble … Ruthie putting something in the cake (dont think so) , we all know chocolate is a euphoric to girls … now Tim;s emotion ,, we have seen Shadow acting similar(not same) ,, and he’s running on high emotion cuz “Birthday” …

He’s definitely up to something. He’s trying to get into Moonlight’s panties or whatever she wears while, at the same time, have his henchman Terminus snoop and poop as he makes with the slightly obvious frontal attack.
