But yeah, that reaction from Mortis is practically confirmation that he’s Shadow’s dad.

Hmm. Something just occurred to me about Lord Mortis. He seems to be rather protective of Shadow. I wonder if there’s more to him that we know.
Or he wants to avoid pointless squabble and grudges that would inevitably follow. Whether specifically between his and Moonie’s organizations or at all.
Or he is irritated by this behaviour in general.
