#114 “Someday”
Time for the maestro to work her magic!
Oh yeah, and just another quick thing, not really that important or anything, but, well, Tim and Shadow are now 12 years old canonically, both retroactively and going forward! So, next time you read through the comic (if you ever bother) you might notice a few slight differences here and there, mostly relating to dates/ages/quotes/etc. which now reflect the changes.
Hopefully, this’ll clear up any confusion if it happens to come up in the future!
i love this series
My, isn’t she beginning to learn how to be sexy ? How cute !
I don’t usually theorize…but when I do,I have a possibility of 50% to say something stupid.Now,on-wards with the theory:
ARE ALMOST ALL OF YOU PEOPLE WHO THINK BLACKHEART IS TIM’S MOM?!?!!?because I wouldn’t be surprised, damn.
I guess only time will tell…if the theory is correct, not if all of you are those theorisers,to this you can answer yourselves by insulting/cursing or screaming(caps lock) at me that I’m stupid for not seeing the “obvious”.Have good day and don’t rekt me.Bye
P.S:some parts of the comment are jokes,so don’t take all to heart(no blackheart pun intended)
We don’t typicaly get that nasty about it. Based on the large body of evidence it’s more interetsing to see what other people come up with to try to prove she’s not tims mother. Thou there are a few “SPIRITED” readers out there.
Brandon has said in the past that blackheart is not Shadows mother. That much is guaranteed.
I dont now why but blackheart is like my type of character
Well . . . If Lady Blackheart is Tim’s Mom, I wonder how she and Tim’s Dad met? Maybe that whole scent thing, could it be the men in that family have an irresistible smell? Also, hey why not push Shadow and Tim together, parents do want their children to have good lives . . .
I…uh…my…brain….you might…be correct…but….aaaaaghhhh
So Brandon how much time has passed from when Shadow and Tim first met to now?
About 3 months.
Different question: Lady Blackheart’s aegis has a diagonal slash in it, compared to the other Nox residents. In most of the cartoons’ panels that show her aegis, the slash seems to have a kind of ragged edge to it –except in #95, which has a larger image of the aegis and a smooth-edged slash. Is that an artistic oversight, or something deliberate, like lack of wear-and-tear (it is a years-younger aegis in #95)?
I drew it smooth at first, then I drew it ragged afterwards and I liked the way it looked, so I kept that design.
Thank you for the response, but does that reply imply that perhaps the large image of Lady Blackheart’s aegis in #95 should be edited to give it that ragged slash-edge (for the sake of consistency)?
You really love to tease us, don’t you Brandon?
How so? I didn’t think I was teasing anything in particular this page.
Hah, patience is virtue! I personally try to theorize some weird stuff that isn’t always coherent. Viewing is just half of the fun, the rest is though the means of finding easter eggs in dialogue, scenery, and the comments section. Welcome to the club!
On this day in 1812 Charles Dickens was born.
Did you know that Someday is also the name of a Glass Tiger song?
Aren’t her toes too sharp for stockings? And Lady Darkheart showing up is creepy because does she know her shoe size.
Man I’m waiting for that moment when all there charcters go doooowhaaaaa when she reveals her self
I’m thinking that Shadow going trick-or-treating might be, for her, a big opportunity to score more scare points on her aegis.
Those shoes are really gonna pinch her feet.
that’s the point m8
Does blackheart even have eyes
I think she does have eyes but her hair and hood hide them.
Subtle Brandon. VERY subtle lol.
