And is it just me or does her skin showing through her (sadly) torn leggings seem a bit off colorwise.

She has open toed shoes, and it’s the right skin colours on her knee. Must just be an illusion?
Perhaps its simply the way it looks compared to the nearby colors.
Remember these are Midnight’s leggings, and Midnight has never used a spell to affect the apparent shape of her toes and talons. It is not reasonable to think that Midnight’s talons had never torn the toe-ends of those leggings out before. Which means that the bottom panels of #122 ( /?comic=122-the-night-is-young ) and #117 ( /?comic=117-witchy-woman ), and the first panel of #114 ( /?comic=114-sometime ) might need some slight editing, to show human toes (#122 & #117) or Nox talons (#114).
Midnight probably didn’t wear them much, or was careful when she did. Ha, you’re really not supposed to think about this stuff that hard.
Sorry, but the in the context of favorite stuff, the word “fan” derives from “fanatic”, and you can most certainly expect at least some fans of the comic to think that hard. It’s up to you to decide whether or not the result qualifies as “nitpicking” or “constructive criticism” that could be used to improve the comic.
A shame she tore those shoes, but i don’t think Blackheart cares that much XD

hard to say if glowy eyes are just there to be better looking or if the spell had something to do with enchance certain…things…such as the eyes
I suggest that strong emotions cause a Nox’s eyes to glow.
Could be anger, could be fear (of Craig?? pshaw), could happen in lust (not right now!) but glowing would be a useful adaptation in the dim corridors of Nox.
Or maybe it’s due to it being Halloween night and she is in monster form.. It’s a possibility.
Her eyes have glowed on multiple occasions before, it’s just something she can naturally do whenever she wants.
For instance, pages 13, 14, 39, 77.
Nightmare’s eyes have glowed as well on page 80. It’s mostly just for dramatic effect.
