Well, it’s neiher a poniard nor a misericord. There are no quillons so it’s intended for something other than combat, it has no fittings to be used as a bayonet (and you haven’t indicated that Nox are equipped with longarms anyway).
Here’s a question Brandon, are those polished edges at all sharp or just decorative?
It may be a fruit knife and/or key.
If the latter, where’s the keyhole & why was it extruded from a (potential) keyhole in the first place? The answers may be the next steps in the quest. (Or there could be an avocado in their future.)
The angular line, and centerpiece on the flat of the blade makes me think there’s more to it than just ‘sharp and shiny’. Like maybe the sharp edges belie the presence of some hidden, inner mechanism.
Brandon I’m still holding you to your word of that s st pin up of possibly shadow. I know you are a busy man but I’m still hoping. Your comics are awesome either way my friend.
Guys is anyone thinking all that red and black color as well as terms apparent insanity and there being two of them seems like the sith. I mean come on how offten are the sith betraying one another and they talk about their future being of greatness
I’d guess the diamonds on either door are for the fear meter thingies, one from each clan or whatever, and the knife is to insert the blood of a human or human/Nox hybrid. I mean, if you were going to seal a door that would be almost impossible to open, you’d require a key that was very hard to acquire or unthinkable to create.
es muy bueno, i really like this comic is my first time
that’s not a knife
Indeed. That blade has two edges, making it a dagger.
It’s not either of those things, actually. 😉
A chisel perhaps?

It’s a pointed stick.
An athame?
Could be.
It’s a suggestion, “Go kill yourself, you’re not gonna enter”
Up next, sacrifice your partner to get what you want!
Its the “Pick of Destiny”
Toothpick?
One shall pass!
Its not knife its a dagger

This is far from Star Wars, young padawan.

Here’s an ugly thought.
The English word “vagina” is derived from (and identical to) the Latin word that means “a sheath for a dagger or sword”.
Keep running, Nightmare! Don’t stop till you get home.
Salut, Nightmare, votre temps sur terre a passé.
So, I’m thinking we should just officially change the sign at the top that says “Updates Weekly” to “Updates Bi-Weekly”.
Why though? XP
