I like the way the page name could also be a pun, it was about a year to get Halloween done but nicely at that

Alarms are going off in my head. I see one of three things happening.
1: She kisses him again.
2: She tucks him in before leaving him with a teasing wink.
3: She tries to go… “further”
I’m thinking she cuddles him to sleep
I love how it’s low-key looking like the entire monster population has at least one secret fling with a human, but everyone keeps it a secret from each-other so they all think everyone else would think they’re freaks.
Remember that it was explained how Noxians thrive on human fear. Remember Midnight’s initial attitude, after hearing about Tim? I’m pretty sure that’s the norm for most Nox, a kind of prejudice. Humans are for scaring. Think about it! If you make friends with them you are not scaring them, and you also are not acquiring fear-essence. That said, Tim’s fear that has been helping Shadow was related to his fear of girls, not fear of monsters. And he’ll grow out of that. Meanwhile, Shadow is gaining useful knowledge about a wide variety of ways to scare other humans, so even after Tim is no longer a source of fear for her, she likely won’t ever be able to say she has learned everything about how to scare humans.
My guess is that Ruthless and Tom had a similar thing, but when Ruthless broke with Nox society, she possibly found she didn’t actually need a steady diet of fear. It will be interesting to see what she eventually teaches Shadow about such things.
As for Terminus and his human girlfriend, we might keep in mind that significant amounts of human entertainment are all about providing safe scares. If Terminus can safely scare the human, and she enjoys it, then their situation is mutually beneficial. But I don’t think it can last. A “same old scare” just won’t work as well as a new scare. Which can lead to dangerous scares, and, eventually, her death. Not that Terminus is likely to care about that –plenty of other human females out there, with which to do it all over.
Or maby more Monsters Inc. where they only do it cuase thats what they been lead to believe. In truth they don’t need to scare anyone but there worlds are so different it’s better there seperate. I mean anyone would do something if they got pleasure from it but like love just physical desires don’t make it work.

I don’t know what Brandon is planning but I think it would be awsome if she sang him a lullaby from Nox. Thus triggering a memory of his mother singing it to him when he was younger. He would fall alseep and wake up the next day and think about how she knew the same song his mother did.
