I can already think of a dozen fun and/or naughty uses for this skill.
Adorable! So Shadow is a hypnotist now, I wonder if it’s a skill she developed or all Noxians can do it instinctively.
I’m thinking she might have read about it in a book. It’s related to prestidigitation-type magic. And, as someone else pointed out, it could be useful for affecting people in various ways. For example, quite a while back (in the story) Shadow promised to teach/help Tim overcome his fears….
She may have read about it in the big ol’ magic book.
Thanks; I kind-of wanted to say that, and would have if I had thought about one other factor –Tim appears to fall into the hypnotic state very quickly. Some actual magic would be an easy explanation for the speed of effectiveness.
Another possibility – he’s very sleepy after a full night of activity, including that confrontation with Craig.
