Shadow has feels for Tim but she’s not going to go out of her way to tell him. Maybe hint at them, be playful about it, be downright blatant about it. Tim however won’t pick up on it thinking that they’re just friends until at some point Midnight calls him over and says, “duh! She likes you! Now go over there and tell you how you feel!”
Yes, she’ll probably need to hit him with a clue-by-four eventually.
