I don’t think that she’s a bully but Shadow may react to her (for different reasons) the same way that she treated Craig.

My guess is that Marcy is Craig’s “girl”, though it’s probably one of convenience and expectations (he plays football, she’s a cheerleader, it’s expected). And Marcy doesn’t like that Craig’s really gay with the hots for Tim, and is trying to make Craig jealous. He probably will be jealous – of her, not Tim.
Okay, enough giving Brandon ideas for red herrings. I’m actually picturing Marcy and Shadow becoming close friends at the end of this arc.
Even though Tim and Shadow become official later, which we’re all rooting for. I wouldn’t mind if these two became “involved” for a while.
