I like how this online porn comic is top in the google search, it is even in front of a actual book and movie. That just shows how amazing Brandon Shane is, he made porn comic better than a movie with the same name
I disagree with your categorisation of TMutB as a “porn comic”.
It’s a comic, yes but it deals with nudity and sexuality in a mature and adult fashion, does not feature sex on every (or every SECOND page) as a porn comic (like the “8-pagers” of the 1930’s) did. So far, there has been NO graphic depiction of genitalia either as such or “in action” which would be one of the elements of “pornography”.
I’d call it an adult comic, without question, dealing with those aspects of life in proportional and relatively restrained fashion but DEALING with them, not submitting to the attempts of the bigoted and ignorant to censor the work.
I’m open to argument but I suggest your first task is a page count of pages where YOU feel that Brandon has drawn actual pornography and a page count of pages that nobody could consider pornographic.
Do the basic research, calculate that ratio and reconsider your use of such extreme language.
The debate of whether or not this is actually a porn comic, or just a comic with some nudity sometimes will go on until the end of days, I’m afraid.
Some people, no doubt influenced by the “bigoted and igorant” would-be censors I mentioned, see “porn” everywhere that does not meet a VERY narrow set of standards.
I suspect that many Old Master’s paintings would be burned or defaced by their followers.

Anything could be counted as porn since the definition doesn’t require sex (or even nudity); it all depends on the audience.

so at DK, you are mostly right.. (as i see your interpretation,, “all you have to do is “think” sex an it’s porn..) but by the definition of “Pornography” you have to show “sex organs” an imply sex or show it.!! boobs don’t count ,, except in USA.!! .. sooo if you show pink bits in the tub but not a “sex act” that’s art,, but if you show pink bits in the tub, and grab at them or describe what you are going to do,, that is porn by definition …

If I can weigh in on this. I wouldn’t describe TMUTB as a porn comic, rather it’s at times a lewd comic. A porn comic needs plenty of nudity and frequent graphic sex scenes. This comic has just enough nudity, but no where near enough sex scenes and said sex scenes are not exactly very graphic. They are very softcore, like PG 16 at best. At least currently they are, don’t know if you are gonna take things up a notch in the future Brandon. Mmm
Even one of the most restrictive web sites of that sort on the internet, Deviantart, would not consider this to be porn. They actually have a definition. At least I think that they did, cannot find it right now.

So, since you, Robnot, and DK, upthread, are relying on different definitions then for us (the observers) all depends on the source and quality of the definitions.
I would regard a High Court definition (either UK or Australian) as politically impartial and therefore legally best; a US Supreme Court definition as politically tainted and any lesser court or dictionary definition as similarly unreliable.
Definitions written by and for corporations like dA or FB are valid only within the bounds of their organisation and control and legally not even really worth wiping off the sole of your shoe.
I apologise, Brandon, but I don’t know enough about the Canadian system of judicial appointment to have a valid opinion on the quality of their senior court decisions.

So I accidentally forgot this wonderful comic existed due a sudden crazy spike in being busy all day everyday and just yesterday (after months of my apparent forgetfulness) some random site had a link to this comic and it hit in full force and it turned out I was right before the big Ruth reveal (though lets be honest we all saw it coming) but dang this last few pages are just full off really cool scenes and good artwork goood job man good job.
