You know what I just noticed? Midnight has a Princess Cut that is almost identical to Younger Hinata’s from Naruto, except a little messy; fitting for a monster girl i guess. Classy but definitely not a stuffy human. Is her haircut significant, I mean does it mean anything in the context of the comic?
I really wouldn’t know… I’ve only watched about 7-8 episodes of Naruto before I got tired of that little bastard and stopped watching. XD

Nobody is specifically ‘special’ in this comic. There are no “chosen ones” other than your basic unavoidable main character plot-armour type of deal, because the story ends if they do.
So, no. Midnight is no more special than anybody else.
