Ha. ☺Wow. That animation is a blast from the past for me, my original comment from 7 years ago is still up there. In case you didn’t know, it was from Final Fantasy XI. The animator is actually a comic book artist named Fred Perry. He even has his adult art on e621. More famously known for his comic Gold Digger. Fred Perry also made an animation from The Lazy Town Pirate Song. Fun Fact: The Ninja and the captain from that are based off of the courser and ninja class from Final Fantasy XI since they’re considered pirates in that game. For as long as Fred Perry played Final Fantasy 11, he posted a comic of his old Adventures somewhere on the web.
I knew Saskoit (Sask of Kiot) he did a server transfer to Cerberus and left Midgard. He was a career Samurai in that game. His RP background was he was the grandson of a NPC named Maat. Maat was who you talked to, to get past the level cap every 5 levels from lvl50-lvl 99 .
The 2 cat girls in that video were real mother and daughter. The Daughter was a Ranger that used guns. The rest of them I don’t really know much about. The little guy was a Taru-Taru. I played the F out of that game from 2004-2014.
umm there might be a cross over,, but all of those characters are from Gold Digger,, they came from the realm of Jade.. it will take me a while,, but i can look up the first appearance of each..( there are roughly 300 comics to go thru..) if you want me to list em
crossover : Fred may have played them,, but he diffidently put them in the comic ,, that scene was in the comic..
ok i checked ,, im still sorting but at last count for “Gold Digger”.. i have 328 comics.. and the newest issue is #256..
this count includes regular, (vol. 3 #256) , crossovers, annuals, an specials…
that does not include, 3 DVD movies,, an 2 CD’s of Gold Digger.!!
I had been meaning to come back to this. So Fred based his online comic from his experiences in Final Fantasy XI. Search “levelup Fred Perry” however, if he stuck his characters from gold digger into Final Fantasy 11 comic, I didn’t know. BUT I can assure you that the ones *in the video are players* from Final Fantasy XI and that’s how they looked. You can even read the comments on that video and the guild/linkshell now plays on ‘Final Fantasy 14 online.’ FF11 is kinda dead now. Fred quit around the time I did also. That’s why he hasn’t updated LevelUp since 2013.
And finally I wasn’t being totally honest. I own a good portion of Gold digger comics. I kind of actually stop the reading gold digger long ago. Then a comic book store opened in my town and the owner got it in his head to buy a whole bunch of the comics and then blame me for not buying them. So I actually bought a bunch of the latest issues and haven’t read them. But I do have a lot of the old original issues.
In the 1990s I was a huge fan of Antarctic press and Ben Dunn’s “Ninja High School” I’m sure you know that one too. I actually stopped buying the comics when Ben Dunn stop doing the artwork and the story moved to Hawaii ….
I’m now into “Fuck Fairyland” or as the clean version is known, “I Hate Fairyland”

You know, I never really thought there were monsters under my bed. I always thought they were outside, peeking through the window, and I had to hide under the blanket so they didn’t see me. I don’t know why I am posting it here, where there is no bed, but it was just something that popped into my mind.
There WERE monsters under your bed at the time but they’ve been privatised now and want to be paid overtime.
