Myself, I think that being stripped naked (or semi-) for public humiliation would be a more appropriate and long-lasting punishment.
Not to mention the Arousal factor from seeing that

Midnight is going to be pissed when she finds out, that’s probably how Tim will learn about Shadow’s reaction. Midnight is going to come storming up demanding to know what he did to make Shadow spend all day crying in her room.
I concur, and she will prolly spirit Tim down to nexus; and all kind of shenanigans will happen with a human being there. And with page 152 being called “Childhood’s end”, it’s prolly safe to assume this chapter will end with Shadow and Tim as a couple; or at the very least with prospects of being one.
I hope.. I hate this kind of drama.. and am really hoping this misunderstanding stays just that, and doesn’t go any further.. *has read too many K series*
I hate it when relationship drama happens over a petty misunderstanding, too. However, that’s not really what’s happening here. Tim is unaware of Shadow’s feelings for him and is apparently starting a relationship with Marcy because he doesn’t know that it will hurt her. Shadow is understandably heartbroken over this. Middy would also be sort of right to blame Tim, since he DID do something to hurt Shadow, he just didn’t do it on purpose and isn’t aware of it. I wouldn’t be surprised if Tim is perfectly fine with dropping Marcy like a hot rock once he learns how Shadow feels.
Who will die first!
A) Marcy by Shad or Mid
B) Tim by Mid!

Shadow has no panties. Marcy is going to get the scare of her life very soon. I wonder what she will look like with all the blonde hair ripped out
“…Shadow has no panties….” This is a known character preference, not a drawing error.
Shadow has to overcome her emotional distress enough to enter the human world outside Tim’s house before Marcy reaches the “safety” of home for the most satisfactory confrontation.
I wonder whether Shadow knows the outlet for Marcy’s bed? A late visit from Shadow could revive Marcy’s bed-wetting problems.
Ehhhh. I got to say that this trope of a girl getting super depressed at the SLIGHTEST sign of adversity is as tired as it is boring.

If you were about to confess your feelings to someone you’ve known for a long time, only to walk in on someone else kissing them, I sincerely doubt you wouldn’t be upset. Also depressed =/= being sad and crying, those are two completely different things.
I generally hate these parts even in this case wear you know that it is coming. Because it just makes you want to do something Terrible to the person even thought you knew that they Are doing this with no clue what exactly is going on. but I am glad that Shad and Tim end up together.in the end Like was shown other wise I would have to stop reading for a whiled to cope with this.
Feel the same way.. And as a warning, stay away from korean works with ANY romance or relationships what so ever if you want to keep your sanity… :/

Shadow vengeance fucking another dude incoming, generally what happens in these situations. One person gets hurt, so they fuck someone to get back at the person

That’s what happens sometimes in hentai and almost always (and for just about any reason) in korean series/stories.. ugh.. But I don’t see that happening here.. not with their age and level of experience in such matters. At least I hope! Probably would drop in such a case.
I don’t think Shadow’s the type to do that. I think she’s more the “crying and eating ice cream all day” type, maybe try to do something to Marcy. Also, as Rater said, if Shadow was going to sleep with anyone out of misplaced vengeance, it would probably be Midnight, who’s probably too good a friend to take advantage of her like that.
If shadow one night stood anyone out of emotional distress it would probably be Midnight.
Who hopefully is too good of a friend to take advantage of Shadow’semotional state just to get laid.
I really expected Tim to push Marcy away and say something like ”Marcy i have someone else i like alot and sorry but….I just dont like you that way”. I am also just sad to see Shadow sobbing there and mad for not rushing out to attack Marcy
I agree with the expectation of Tim’s reaction. I expected Shadow to be in some manner too distraught to recognize Tim’s reaction for what it was. Not for Tim’s reaction to be something to make her so distraught. Still, he’s a kid, mistakes happen. It’s not clear exactly what’s going through his mind right now, and he probably isn’t used to dealing with hormones at his age.

couldn’t tim just tell marcy that he’s just not into her? like say it right away, to her face, and avoid any misunderstandings from anyone? I feel like that should be easy cause he loves shadow.
Girls do mature faster than boys. It’s probably safe to assume Tim hasn’t yet realized he is in love with Shadow. He may even just be thinking it’s a “first crush awkwardness”.
Add to that the fact shadow ain’t human, and society “standards” has prolly a lot of hold on his girlfriend able girls ideas..
And ofc, the girl just jumped him, leaving him completely off balance XD
Ah. Maybe its just me then that really didn’t find any problem thinking logically in this kind of circumstance at that age… I am beginning to think I was a very weird kid.
Maybe now shad will stop visiting tim and tim worried will find a way to get his hands on one aegis and travel to Nox to comfort a heart-broken Shadow¿?
