Shadow had to use a spell on Halloween to look human, I would assume Ruth does the same, so does Tim look human because his half human side is stronger or is he enchanted by a spell from the book?

If it is a spell could it be broken like when Shadows spell kept wearing off because of Tim’s “fear” or will Shadow find a reverse spell in the book to prove to him that he’s not normal before his parents get to talk to him?

Box traits are probably recessive, could also be he had a tail when he was born but had it clipped, could be nox were probably human at one point or vice versa

I don’t know if i missed that or it wasn’t explained (yet?), but when did Ruth figure out who’s been frequenting her son? Did she actually saw who’s been on that photo Tim made?
Looking back at page 109 “Sweet Dreams”, when Ruth gives Tim a goodnight kiss he replies “Goodnight Shadow” in his sleep.

Am I the only one who finds it weird that Ruth can maintain her glamour even when she’s sleeping? Shadow needed to focus to maintain her version, so either it’s a different spell or Ruth is that damn good at it.
I mean, I guess she’d HAVE to be able to since apparently Tim is prone to bursting into his parent’s room unannounced. Getting caught playing “captain” is nothing compared to getting caught in her natural form.
You’re thinking she’s using a glamor and that Shadow used the same thing.
Shadow definitely used a glamor so her change was literally only skin deep. Ruth is probably using a much more complex spell that changes her completely. Don’t forget, Ruth has been at this much longer and probably has access to more complex spells.
Besides think of it this way, if Ruth’s change is only illusion then why does Tim appear to be 100% human? Logically as he’s half Noxian shouldn’t he appear to be that way in real life?
Yeah, I had forgotten that Shadow’s glamour didn’t account for her claws, and probably didn’t conceal her tail either. Though oddly enough her ears and teeth were changed. Ruth’s spell is probably more of a polymorph, which actually does make sense if Tim is way more human than he should be. Probably still some wibbly wobbly magic stuff in him, but genetically he may actually be mostly or entirely human.
Ruth has had years of practice and there may be higher / more advanced spells that Shadow hasn’t tried yet or laks the skill yet to use
