It’s probably very high since he has been in many theaters for horror movies with tons of people watching along him. Remember, Noxians get their strength from fear.
No, they just like it’s smell. The Aegis adds it all up and quantifies it as a number. They don’t actually gain anything from fear, except a pleasant feeling.
So Tim is likely smelling stuff that humans don’t detect and this contributes to his love of horror. This means that even Tim can’t smell the scent of Noxians. Thus, he can’t notice that Shadow and his mother have the same scent, except for his father.
Wait so what’s the point of the aegis if all it does is quantify a substance that they can’t use as a number?
It would be different if it was something they could collect and use like a drug, but it is just a form of sick twisted pleasure.
The point of the Aegis, is simple. It opens the portals and keeps them open, tabulates your score, identifies which guild you belong to, tracks doors, and quite possibly acts as a universal translator! (if you subscribe to that theory that they speak different languages!)
