Tim’s not gonna like this one…..I’m hoping she stops herself and sees what she’s doing before things get worse. Honestly I think her girl tendencies are more terrifying than her monster tendencies, she’s got the same look in her eyes that Sylvester gets when he tries to eat Tweety Bird.
All the other people: “Will this cause a rift between Tim and Shadow?”
Me: “I wonder if Marcy and Anna are sisters.”

Oh oh…. Our favorite little demon may be about to cross an uncross able line when the boy friend finds out.. Hopefully someone will talk her out of it.. green dye would be better than getting shaved or, worse yet, butchered by a clutz of a barber.
Not sure if this is just gonna be a prank that Shadow pulls and that’s it, and all this was just so Shadow could talk about Tim out loud so Nightmare could hear, or if this is going to be a big plot point, I just hope this doesn’t strain Shadow and Tim’s relationship when they try to patch things up.

Interesting how quickly Middy refers to Tim as Shades boyfriend when the idea was so revolting to her. So Tims reaction when he talks to Marcy is one thing, but I’m wondering how Mid is going to react when she talks to Tim and finds out the boy not only had no clue he was taken, but has no (conscious) interest.
I’m also wondering how one under threat from a pair of hormonal teenage girls with glowing eyes and claws might block an underbed portal. Stuffing bags of rocks under it?
It’s implied that Tim dose love Shadow back, he just thinks the interspecies part wouldn’t work out.
I’m a little lost. Why does she need her hair?

About Tim being a hybrid,,, this should concern almost everyone here. I did do a search earlier, and this did not seem to be mentioned, so ,…
If two species are similar enougn, then a hybrid is no problem. Problems only happen if the species are different enough, like horses and donkeys. Just about all resultant hybrids (mules) are sterile. And if the two species are different enough, then no offspring at all will be possible. Now we know that humans and Nox can interbreed, but humans still have 5 digits on fingers and toes, while Nox have 4-digit hands and 3-digit feet. Things are not looking good for Tim’s reproductive future.
Yes, but his mother has the ability to shift back and forth between human and Nox, so there is a good chance that Tim might have the ability as well.
Generally, when magic is involved, all other laws takes second place: physical, biological … gods are generally know to breed with ANYTHING. Loki is father to wolf and serpent and mother to horse. Noxians may not be as magical as gods, but I would still say magic has more say in what they can breed with than biology.
Any biologist can tell you at a glance that, like almost every Star Trek alien, Noxfolk are closer to modern Homo sapiens than most other species in that genus ever were.

I am wondering where is Tim. Aren’t Shadow and Midnight in his room or did they sneak in Marcy’s room instead? That would be interesting to know if they can sneak in any room they want and how they do that.
Finally, they will do what they supposed to do : scaring people and Marcy will be particularly interesting after Shadow’s brushing, wont’t her?

Tim has only been alone with Marcy once, and she’s the first girl (other than Shadow) who has shown an interest in him. It’s VERY unlikely he would be in bed with her this quickly!
From what Brandon has said and implied, there are portals from Nox that open under EVERY bed or hammock on Earth. All Shadow had to do is check out the portals in Tom’s neighborhood until she found the one that, as she put it here, “smelled” right. Apparently , Noxians (monsters) identify their scare victims by smell.
Remember the Halloween story. They can access the area under any bed.
Is Marcy going to wake up?
Operation “Revenge by Jealous Girlfriend” begins! I’ve got a feeling that Shadow will be making a voodoo doll of Marcy after cutting the latter’s hair.
We have only seen a single spell out of that grimoire. Theres no telling what other magic it might hold. You’d assume Ruth wouldnt approve, but she does seem to be shipping the main pair almost as hard as the fanbase.
I don’t know how a teenage girl would see this, but Marcy really hasn’t done anything out of line, at least not on screen.

Looking at Midnight’s face in the last panel, it looks like she doesn’t think this is a good idea. Anyone else think she may intervene to prevent or limit Shadow’s action? Perhaps prevent it or limit it to one lock cut off?
