My prediction is that Shadow will try to talk to Tim again, but due to an excess of fermented pumpkin juice cocktails and the exertion off squirming under the bed again, she will puke it all over his head, JUST as Ruth walks into Tim’s bedroom to have her intended heart to heart talk (lecture) about his ancestry.
Tim leaves home that morning disappears into the Northwest Territories and is found five years later, employed as a lumberjack using the name Goldilocks and shacked up with an VERY understanding bear.

Does he also wear women’s clothing and hang around in bars?
We all have times in our lives when we experiment with new ideas & sensations.
Tim made a collection of wild flowers he pressed himself and developed a recipe for buttered scones using local ingredients.
I suspect he can’t hang around in bars, bears tend to be just a tad jealous.
They just can’t meet the dress codes.
And I thought he was so rugged!
I feel sorry for the poor guy stuck in the middle like this.
As for Marcy, I can see Tim digging his grave a little deeper by saying something along the lines of, “There’s this other girl who is stalking me; she must’ve taken the scissors a few days ago.” Leading of course to a showdown between Marcy and Shadow.
And then Termite comes out of the closet to nab Tim.
Face it, Brandon, you’re leaving yourself open to all sorts of “coming out of the closet” jokes by having the Brotherhood being closet monsters. XD
I never expected anything less from the internet!
So… Is can Tim use magic if him hybrid? Or magic (spell book of Ruth for exemple) can be used by all at start of tale?
Hybrids, usually in legends and myths, or freaks, or powerful magicians, or both.
When mom gives her talk (?) to Tim, I hope she tells him how she and his father met and married. Be an interesting tale (tail?). It will also be interesting to see just what Shadow does tomorrow.
Knowing teens like I do, he won’t believe a word she says until she transforms into her real self.
Granted, most teens don’t have friends who are creatures from another dimension.
Yeah, about that not believing her part.. think she has that covered.. 😉

I don’t have even the slightest idea how many more pages are left, and this Sunday, probably.
I feel sorry for Tim, he’s gonna have to explain the scissors and wont have an explanation. I hope Shadow will help him out.
Ya let’s hope so like she still loves Tim plus she is the one who has those scissors she’ll find the way to make things right with Tim ather all Tim & Shadow are a beautiful couple like they have real love development like true love besides Tim will still forgive her since she just over reacted & he regret for saying something that offended her
I get the feeling that he’ll stumble over himself trying to explain Shadow stealing them, by claiming Shade’s “stalking” him… and hilarity ensues with Marcy stalking Tim to find his other stalker, and Shade getting even more annoyed at Tim and his bumbling words, leading to a catfight between the girls.
At which time Termite enacts his plan, leaving Marcy in a bloody heap and Shade having to choose between saving a rival’s life or pursuing Termite to save Tim . . . .
