I didn’t have time to finish it because I was hanging out with friends and family for Thanksgiving.

My theory about Brandon’s upload schedule was correct! He uploads 2 pages and then takes a break, or at least it seems that way.
What most people don’t realize is that drawing even a single character takes a lot out of you. Now try to imagine having to do one comic page, every week, with different poses and angels and so on. Especially traditional cartooning, with all the inking and typesetting and not to mention the ever time consuming coloring process, which takes a lot longer than with paint software made for it.
It drains you almost completely. So I don’t complain about the delay, if any thing I encourage Brandon to take these breaks. The last thing we need is a burned out artist that will post one page every other month, if at all.
Bruh, I wasn’t saying that I wanted new pages faster, I was just stating the obious. If it sounded like I was saying I wanted new pages sooner then heck. But I have the same mindset as you, even if it does mean we have to wait another week or more, I want the pages to be as high quality as they are now.
*And consistent, we’re lucky to have the current upload schedule.
There need not be a theory about it… I just upload whenever I can, and this time of year happens to have a lot of interruptions in it for me in real life. Between Holidays and Birthdays, it’s a gauntlet of social events seemingly every other weekend. Happens every year!
Understandable, but if you continue the 2/3 weeks for uploading thing after stuff calms down IRL then I won’t be mad. Quality over quantity (quantity still matters though).
You shouldn’t get mad in the first place, it’s not that important in the long run. Hah.

I swear. I take two months away from the comic to go to the Philippines for… personal business. Wink-wink. And only three pages posted. The comic is already slow enough as it is. And reading the comments isn’t as fun when 70% of it is PRB blowing Brandon. No offense Brandon but you need better company. “I’d like to take you out for beer, cocaine and marijuana.”
The slow season for Brandon is coming up. He’s already in his Canadian Thanksgiving, then he’s going to do American/ Canadian Halloween. Probably also does American Thanksgiving as well. And then Christmas. Hey Brandon, are you Jewish because you sure celebrate every holiday like one. LOL.
I don’t care how long your break is to be honest. Just move this train along a little bit faster in terms of Storytelling. And turn midnight into a nun LOL. always liked that line.
Actually, I don’t celebrate American Thanksgiving… that would be pointless, however I DO celebrate my birthday which is at the end of November.
