Oh dear… Well, this is the first death we’ve seen in this comic…
Also, you wouldn’t expect Noxian blood to be red, you’d expect it to be different colours. Our red blood gives out skin its “skin colour” so why does it not affect Noxians? Is their skin to thick for it to make a difference?
Our blood is red because of the hemoglobin and iron it in. Skin tone is affected by the hemoglobin, but it also affected by carotene and melanin. The different levels of the three pigments together determine skin tone, so it’s perfectly understandable for Noxians to have red blood as their other pigments need to express a greater affect. Actual scientific explanation aside, this is just a comic and Brandon can do whatever he wants.
When I was 4 years old I ate so many carrots and squash that my carotene levels skyrocketed and I turned as orange as an Oompa Loompa. My mom freaked out because she thought I had jaundice.
The doctors told her to just stop feeding me those vegetables for a while and I would be fine.

We all knew the old man wasn’t long for this world. That said, this is not the way I would want anyone I respected to go out, an “accidentally on purpose” gut stabbing.
Termite clearly let go of the knife once it was in position and the old man was tugging hard enough. Plan B is obviously “kill the old man and make it look like suicide”, which to me means that Termite has crossed the moral event horizon; he’s too far gone to turn back now. I doubt the little sociopath had any morals to begin with, though. (No doubt Mare’s got the replacement knife buried in her cloak so they can get away with the actual murder weapon needed to bleed Tim.)
What will Mortis do now? Will Mortis protect his biological daughter, Shadow, and her hybrid boyfriend? Will Tim ever discover he’s a hybrid before the feces hits the propeller? Will Midnight and Marcy ever hook up?
THe sound effect is Yank! After old man says “Never!” Both similar font, can very easily be the old man who did this. Plan B could very easily have been a bloodless coup, an appeal to the youth to overthrow the elders and become great again with the old man’s refusal as proof that new leadership was needed.
(Making the takeover bloody may have been the old man’s way of making it less likely to succeed, making the young leader look like a crazed murderer rather than a liberating hero.
