If I see it sounds to me that they are demons …. and I had already commented before hehe … it is that everything fits and especially the tails in arrowhead
I have a hypothesis that I don’t know if it could be, but well here it goes ….. I think Shadow’s parents could be Tim’s, because we remember that Shadow is an orphan and said that they had left her at the doors of the brotherhood where casually is Ruth’s sister, Ruth also helps Shadow on several occasions, and the question is why, because it is because she is his daughter, well what I think happened is this, Tomas and Ruth had Shadow, obviously As parents they did the best for their daughter and they thought that the human world would be very dangerous for her so she decides to leave her with someone she trusts, someone who raised her well, coincidentally her sister, months later they have Tim and they discovered that he was a hybrid then can stay in the human world. Basically for those reasons Tim’s parents are Shadow’s parents. Let’s collect, Ruth helps Shadow as her daughter, leaves her with her sister for me to raise as she is his trust. But the only thing that shits absolutely all my hypothesis is that a mother would not let her children be a boyfriend or kiss or even have sex, and not because Ruth is a monster will be the exception. but hey that’s why it’s a HYPOTHESIS.
Pretty sure if they were siblings then Ruth would’ve said something sooner, either when she was helping Shadow prep for Hallowe’en or when they had their chat after Hallowe’en – surely by then Ruth would’ve realized that Shadow had an ‘interest’ in Tim.
Hey Brandon, can I ask you a personal question? … Well if you say yes, the question is: how old are you and if we ever see Tim in hell, will I say on Nox?
Wonder what Moonlight’s reaction will be once she meet the boy who ‘caught Shadow’s eye’?
I meant she did lose her sister over her relationship with a Human.
Sorry for being so heavy and never keep quiet hehe, but I can ask one last or maybe a penultimate question …. well if Tim is a hybrid, could he become a monster?
And it also seems strange to me that if Tim is a hybrid, why can Shadow smell what Tim feels?
Tim and Shadow are the main ‘stars’ of the story (if you will) so seeing Tim again is a given (one would hope!), but there’s all this background stuff going on which is needed to fill out the story, so Brandon isn’t just focusing on them.
I hope to be the first to read it
Midnight had the same reaction as me XD
The same (dead) “somebody”?
That’s a relationship going nowhere.
Midnight, always the voice of reason. Har har!
This won’t end well, will it?
It certainly will make things more complicated!
Shadow Pierced ear because she still love Tim right Brandon Shane.
I mean, yeah? Of course she still loves Tim… but she doesn’t remember getting the earrings. haha
She still loves him, but doesn’t dare admit to loving a human, hence her ‘enthusiastic’ denial. 🙂
And so, Mother chooses a boyfriend for Shadow? That *ALWAYS* ends well! (Probably in homicide.)
She isn’t choosing a boyfriend, she’s going to make sure she stands out… aka: MAKEOVER!
And, Brandon, why is the moment a “devil’s” one?
A hangover from the concept that Nox are demons, perhaps?
I thought you had oficially scotched that rumour?
If I see it sounds to me that they are demons …. and I had already commented before hehe … it is that everything fits and especially the tails in arrowhead
They aren’t. They may have (inspired) humans to create such a mythical creature, long, long ago. Perhaps. ;-3
You’ll just have to wait and see!
Aha!!
So “a devil’s moment” may be of significance!
It’s just a saying they have. It’s really not that important. XD

Haha, I thought I was well beyond the days of this theory! No, Tim and Shadow aren’t brother and sister! XD
uf that well, the truth could not bear to think that the chemistry between Tim and Shadow was ruined because they were brothers
Pretty sure if they were siblings then Ruth would’ve said something sooner, either when she was helping Shadow prep for Hallowe’en or when they had their chat after Hallowe’en – surely by then Ruth would’ve realized that Shadow had an ‘interest’ in Tim.
Someone is already planning for grandbabies isn’t she?
Kinda reminds me of a DMFA comic…
And here we go
http://www.missmab.com/Comics/Vol_730.php
Oh hey, it’s Miss Mab! We used to be somewhat acquainted, once…. long ago, back at the dawn of the internet.
Are all webcomics creators connected to each other?! Is that what the “web” part really stands for? :p
But more importantly how do I get my mind to stop trying to come up with crossover ideas now that I know this…
Oh we probably haven’t spoken directly in 15 years, haha. Doubt she even remembers.
Great, I get the feeling Terminus is gonna like this makeover lady moonlight has planned 😒
Woah!!! Did someone correct my comment for me?
I’m detecting the beginnings of some major drama…
INDEED! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!
Oh no…
Hey Brandon, can I ask you a personal question? … Well if you say yes, the question is: how old are you and if we ever see Tim in hell, will I say on Nox?
Sorry, I got confused, right they are not demons … or even they are not hehe … just kidding
I’m THIS many years old. *holds up my hands so you can count my fingers*
and, yeah, you probably will see Tim in Nox at some point. Terminus has to get him to that big door eventually!
To quote my (late) mother:
“I’m as old as my tongue, and a little older than my teeth.”
Has anybody ever told Shadow that she has huge eyes?
The better to see in the dark, my dear~!
Large eyes are a fairly standard evolution that any population of creatures adapted for low-light environment will develop (over time).
No, I mean. Compared to EVERYONE else.
I’ll give you that they appear slightly larger than most other Noxxians, but it could be that she opens her eyelids more than the others do.
Heh, she’s also a cartoon and I’m using a bit of exaggeration. haha
Well you’ve got to have some way for your heroine to stand out… :p

Maybe Shadow isn’t smelling what she thinks she’s smelling. Midnight doesn’t respond to him the same way at all.
Ya but can be become a monster?
Not without some kinda illusion magic.
Can he become a monster sorry auto correct
basically if
Can we see the human/Tim again soon
We’ll be seeing Tim real soon! ;-3
