I’ll always say hand drawn backgrounds always look better. But I also know that many if not most artists hate drawing backgrounds to the point that people can make a career on drawing backgrounds alone.
My very long point is, no one who knows what they’re talking about should blame you for it
I read a comic strip where the background was the most important thing. The reason for this was that the best feature of this comic was the contrast between the behavior of the main characters and what was happening in the background.
It’s intriguing, but I want to see how Tim reacts to being a hybrid. And even more I want to see that this somehow manifests itself. Since Tim has nothing from noxianin. I would like the manifestation of some internal or external features inherited from the mother.
He won’t react. It doesn’t work that way. It was a magic spell out of a magic book that allowed Shadow and Ruth to change forms. XD
Tim isn’t going to hulk out and grow a tail all of a sudden. Haha!
This is a little sad. Half-breeds in fairy tales and myths usually have tremendous physical or magical powers.
Not Greek myths. Most Greek demigods had some enhanced sense, or physical ability. Like Heracles’ strength, for example. However, it was usually just enough of a difference to give them an edge over other humans, but none of them had magical powers. They were sort of just “better” humans.

I would like to put a soundtrack that I really imagined but well I tell you how it was, it started with something bad, something that was starting to do bad things and that is the doctor of anna in the images out there, concern and drastic measures but then From that the light began to come out, good faced evil and that is Tim’s return, but well, when he finishes, you hear sounds of a fallen hero and it is when marcy appears to surprise him, but good to wait two more weeks until the next page .
Postscript: He asked me if we will see Tim go to his house or if it is still school time and we will have to wait longer than expected …. for now

What you call side tracking, I call moving the plot forward! XD
The thing webcomic readers need to understand is that the pacing is always gonna be crap because the author has to make a story 1 page at a time. And it needs to still look and read good when u read them all in 1 go. Otherwise it looks too disjointed

All of Shadows training finally clicks and Time takes a level in badass.
Badass+1 Tim: OK, lets talk about ‘her’. If she isnt real, you are both starting down a road that leads to padded rooms and very snug jackets. If she IS real, you are still headed down that road, and she might like to have a private chat with you about stalking and interrogating me. Which would you prefer? Now, may I go or do I need to scream for a teacher for you to share your thoughts on monster girls with?

Eg
Tim: I caught her breaking in and stealing from my room when I was 12. We’ve been chatting ever since — she’s my best friend.
She saw that you visited me and asked me out. When I turned her down, she stormed off and slapped me.
Cue a load of awkward questions from Marcy.
Well, finally Tim also is a bad position. I am not even sure he will be able to know to whom he will have to speak about. Do not forget that, while he woke up, he saw his mother in Noxian form even though he may think he was daydreaming. So there will be lots of confusion around I think.
He never saw his mom, he walked right by her. with his eyes closed. XD
