I really believe Tim and Shadow should just go out with her in her own Noxian appearance, introduce her to the human world and let the humans know her. After all, we have a whole freaking circus out here, so what could possibly happen? A few old farts scared?

Went back to the moment of the picture and noticed it’s cut vertically in #23, a bit of both in #24 and only horizontally in this one.
There’s a vertical cut beside Shadow’s left eye. Those seen in page #100 are a closer match.
Wouldn’t they have seen the framed picture and her in true form? I’m also have 2 questions. The first isn’t on my mind but I’ve seen a posted on here, are we going to see Marcy’s bare breasts? The second one is heavily on my mind, will there be a hand to hand or sword to sword fight scene with Tim VS. Terminus and Nightmare? With Tim saving Moonlight and Shadow, maybe letting his rage fuel his attacks becoming the monster of Nightmare and Terminus.

the secret-reveal moments in stories like this are always very interesting, each one is unique
Two of the photos are her human illusion form. I suspect that they believe that the Noxian form is a trick of some kind. Something that unbelievable would require convincing evidence. An old photo isn’t going to do it.
Also, I thought that photos would be magically blurred to outsiders.
She isn’t bigfoot! Sasquatch are naturally blurry creates.

What was the drugging scene all about. Wouldn’t his husband just ask her, all of this is assuming he is her wife. If he isn’t who is he?

Well, first of all, you’ve somehow made connections between 3 characters who have nothing to do with each other at all.
1. Ruth is Lady Blackheart, she is BLONDE and is Tim’s Mother and is married to Thomas Newton who is a normal human male.
2. Terminus is the villain of the piece, he’s green, and attempting to open up the sealed door in the core, and has nothing to do with Ruth.
3. Anna Wilhelm (not Ruth) has BROWN hair and GLASSES and is Terminus’ secret human “girlfriend” who has been drugged and presumably kidnapped by the shadowy doctor people.
Wait, so why is Tim telling them Shadow is real, isn’t that the last thing he wants?
Probably because he’s idiot? Or maybe because the plot needs to be moved. Choo-choo.
Most of the comics is good, but this decision really doesn’t make any sense to me. Neither of those two shown any qualities which would make them good people to share the secret with.
I realize trust is hard… but my notes say this is a good thing.
They already know too much for Tim to keep Shadow a secret from them. I think his plan now is to convince them to keep Shadow a secret from everyone else.

Threats, backed up with physical reality, will always work.
For example

You know she can and will, if you EVER even THINK of revealing her presence or identity.

You would be amazed how well that sort of threat works.
