Terminus is starting to remind me of the Handler from the Netflix show “The Umbrella Academy”. In season 2 of the show (spoilers ahead, so don’t read unless you want to know what happens before you watch the show), the Handler becomes enraged at being demoted from her high-ranking position at the organization known as the Commission, so she enacts a plot to get her revenge and become the head of the Commission. She manipulates one of the heroes of the show into assassinating the Commission’s board of directors with the false promise of taking him and his family home if they succeed, and then while revealing the deaths of the board of directors to the rest of the Commission, she pretends she did not know a thing about it prior to it happening and declares herself the new head of the Commission. Under her rule, the Commission becomes a mess, for it is implied that the Handler murders those she doesn’t like. Finally, the Handler attempts to murder the heroes of the show so the Commission will never find out she orchestrated the murders of the board of directors. She is aided in this mission by her adoptive daughter Lila Pitts until she betrays her. Terminus killing Lord Pax and imprisoning Lord Mortis in the hallway leading to the core with the help of Nightmare mirrors how the Handler has the board of directors assassinated, and there is also the possibility that Terminus is manipulating Nightmare just like how the Handler manipulated the one who murdered the board of directors (I’m pretty sure Terminus is manipulating Nightmare since he is not faithful to her or his human girlfriend). Terminus then lies to everyone that Lord Mortis murdered Lord Pax just like how the Handler pretended she had nothing to do with the assassination of the board of directors, and he declares himself the new High-Father just like how the Handler declares herself the new head of the Commission. The deal that Terminus made with Moonlight about trading the ruins for the western quarter of the Axis mirrors how the Commission became a mess under the Handler’s rule since a majority of the Noxians (mainly the Brotherhood and Midnight) are not pleased with this deal, and it proves how Terminus is only seeking to further his own goals and doesn’t care how many lives he will mess up to accomplish his goals, mainly the lives of the Brotherhood. Finally, since Terminus now has control over the ruins and doesn’t need Nightmare to guide him there anymore (as explained by Brandon), he may no longer have use for her and will probably betray her and choose Shadow over her for the bonding which will mirror how the Handler tries to kill the heroes of the show so the Commission never finds out she orchestrated the murders of the board of directors.
Nightmare could’ve pretended (once they find out about her role in the story) she was forced by Terminus to assist him in what they’ve done, in case she decides to betray Terminus, finding out he doesn’t need her anymore. Or even just that, she wasn’t involved at all. She just busted her alibi. Moonie’s plan worked… (That is, this was her plan to get a clear view.)

Though I would wonder if Noxin population is on the decline.. {maybe that is a false assumption}… the best way to handle it might be to let the youngster intermingle…I think THAT would solve your population numbers QUICKLY!

Actually, Shadow is not First Reaver! She turned the job down, so Nightmare is, in fact, First Reaver currently.
So Nightmare appears to have appropriate social status to be a suitable candidate for official “bonding” (hurh, hurh) apart from her age-inappropriate show of excessive enthusiasm (yep, she WANTS it!) may get the nod.
I don’t think wanting to marry your long-standing boyfriend is THAT inappropriate… she’s only like 20 or 21. (I haven’t bothered to figure out her birthday)
No, the WANTING Is totally appropriate, but jumping up & down and waving like a six-year-old is just undignified, even for a teenager let alone a “young adult” (but it’s been such a long time since I had that level of either wanting or enthusuasm that I may be out of touch with what (cackles, wheeze, kofff,koff) these young forty year olds do.)

Would be very few if Terminus had enough of good sense to tell Nightmare what and when they both have to do, and won’t hesitate, say, by ogling Shadow. But so far neither foresight nor keeping his wandering eye on a leash were his strong sides…

He specifically stated a lot earlier to not put ads. As he never intended to “make money” of this project. It’s his hobby to make and upload this comic and there’s a Patreon to donate. Even the upper right corner has a donate button. So if you wish you can donate, but he wouldn’t put ads for the sake of “making money”. Therefore I respect his opinion.
Aside from that perspective it would interfere with reading. Everything on a screen, moving or still attracs your attention. So by not putting advertisements you’re solely focussed on the cartoon. Which I’m gratefull for, because it’s a marvelous comic.
