I don’t think they’ll get all that privacy.
Ruth has yet to finish that unfinished discussion with Tim and having Shadow on hand may ease the shock of the appearance of Lady Blackheart (not in her “Lion suit”).
… well, I guess it IS a way to make plot unpredictable, which can be good thing. Still, I prefer when characters surprise me with something clever than with being trusting and ready to forget as when you have players in RPG and the characters have no reason to trust each other but the players do so …
I once was in HIS shoes. Not because of a monster, but similar. Was in the grip of a depression (not one of the endogenous kind, thankfully) and was lashing at everything and everyone. Someone gave me a piece of mind to chew on after I did something I normally wouldn’t have never done, and that was what I needed to start solving the issue. So I can bear witness that Craig’s reaction is actually quite possible. Well done.
Marcy doesn’t look at all surprised, guessing she’s known for a while that Craig was de-douched. Also kind of getting a Tyler Durden vibe from her – craftily doing something that looks bad but for a good reason. So two “villains” are nothing of the sort.
What? Off screen serious character development? Brandon you sneaky evil writer you!
Now I’m convinced those two will be coming to the rescue when things get serious and the main couple are in trouble. And from the change in Marcys expression at Craigs words I’m thinking she has just decided they will be sharing more than the secret.
Odd, I don’t think I ever noticed the red outline on her tail spade, which makes it more of a heart. But it is in other stuff, even the vote incentive. Sometimes I’m oblivious.
I don’t know, this feels a little too clean for what they did and especially how Tim revealed Shadow to strangers without her permission. I feel like that is a major breach of trust there.
I don’t agree, He wasn’t revealing the secret: they knew about Shadow already, He was trying to resolve the conflict.
Granted he was risking that Shadow might be mad at him, but there was no betryal.
Well, that was unexpected. Also, I take it Tim and Shadow will get to talk in private soon?
Very soon, yes. They have a LOT to unpack!
Hope all goes well for them. Anyway, Happy Holidays and see you in the New Year!

WAAAAA! WTF!!
Yup. That’s what I was hoping for!
Sneaky little Author. Wicked. Tricksy. False.
Huh. Not what I was expecting, but I always enjoy a good subversion of expectations. Well done!
Now here’s to hoping Craig doesn’t try to supplant Tim.
Nah. He has no aims at that.
I was definitely wondering how this was going to go. And honestly was not expecting this.
Good! For once the plot wasn’t completely guessed right away.
Although some people did suggest this route… not EVERYONE guessed it. Haha. I’m learning to be more sneaky with the plot.
Glad I was right though, it’s not healthy to carry around all that negativity! Craig reminds me of the kid out of Toy Story!

Was kinda hoping He’d of been leaving with some claw marks across his face. but this is the other outcome.
Nah. Most things everyone was guessing are about to become a non-issue. Haha.
Yeah well mine gave i think 3 scenario’s. this was first scenario I put on there. ^.^”
What a chad. Instead of suffering from years of mental trauma, he realized he used to be a figurative monster by meeting a literal one.
Yeah, I guess he did!

So do you think Tim and Shadow will be invited to Marcy and Craig’s Wedding? 😉

Are you telling me that if Shadow never scared Craig half to death, he’d still be a jerk?!
No!0
0CRAIG!!!! told you that (in Panel 3.)

Sometimes Brandon plans ahead,too!
Craig is growing up. I like him better now.
I don’t know, this feels a little too clean for what they did and especially how Tim revealed Shadow to strangers without her permission. I feel like that is a major breach of trust there.
Yes! He betrayed her. I foresee Tim having to do a lot of sucking up to Shadow. Expensive jewelry, a nice dinner, dancing…
Sincere grovelling. Possibly for years to come.
Yup!

hang on Craig and Shadow are both blushing… whats that all about Brandon?
They are both uncomfortable.
Thank him back, for helping bring her and Tim back together.
Right?
