The funny thing is Shadow in 1st panel has the same expression as Tim in the photograph

I’m a bit confused on something. Ruthless told Moonie plainly not to interfere, that Shadow was under her protection. Not explicitly stated on screen but strongly inferred Moonie knows about Tim and whats going on. When Shadow was upset at being accused of cheating, Moonie told her she recognized those results and that Shadow had found a better way, just like her sister had. So why is she showing so much anger about it now? My guess is the political fallout from throwing a wrench into the bonding plans?
Yeah, she clearly knows a lot more about what’s going on.. Or at least should. What NM told her would have confirmed it. (hybrid etc)
