Out of curiosity, do Noxians have any certain advantages over humans?(Strength, speed, etc.)
Well, the sharp teeth, fangs and claws mean that Noxians are predators.
Their eyes are optimised for dim light conditions & the auto-control of their irises would mean that they’re adaptable to full light. The tails would enhance balance (and we’ve seen that they can be erogenous.)
I’d have teams of Noxian snipers any day if suitable changes are made to trigger guards to accomodate their hand claws.

I just associated Noxian tails get all kinky bent, when they are mad or nervous. Kinda cute.
