You may already be attracting one with what you’re doing. They are’nt “dead people”, either. They are sentient beings.
I’m biased on the opinion that spirits can never be good for you. All the most generalized causes for spirits to linger after death are a. Violent crime victim, which leads to vengative spirit; or b. Either Regrets, or unfinished business, which means a OCing, which I’m certain leads to violence. So, I would rather not have anything to do with ’em, no matter how sexy and/or lovable they are
If Tim makes any Last Tango In Paris remarks, Shadow will bite his nose OFF!

Nice to see her hair mostly up in warm daytime colors, personally I think it looks better like that instead of being down. Hopefully we’ll get to see a good daytime view of her, a whole panel maybe.
Kinda wondering how much her adult and child character models differ, do you have any comparison character sheets or anything?
The breakfast remark is interesting, unless he’s planning on smuggling food in his room or has some drygoods stashed away, it could imply that she’s a regular guest at the table and his folks know about her. It may be a little bit of a stretch there though.
As for that on time remark, combined with the stressed midnight mentioned last week, possible event going on of importance? Only one that readily comes to mind that would involve both human and bed monster would be a wedding, either Tim and Shadow or Midnight and someone else. Again this may be wild mass guessing here.

Her adult and child character models differ mostly in what’s under the robes to be honest. Obvious womanhood now, versus the frame of a girl just starting to fill out, so to speak.
And yes, there is some mysterious thing going on in the background of their lives that they must both prepare for.
Oh man, Shadow is just so damn cute and pretty. And in my opinion, her golden eyes and shiny teeth is the most beautiful thing about her.

It’s funny, during the line work phase, she always is tricky, since the only detail I put in her eyes is her pupil. It looks a bit weird in comparison to normal, but once colour is added it just pops wonderfully! :3
So damn cute, I love it! Also, surprised no one else commented on this, I love the way he grabs her tail! I swear each week waiting for the next page gets harder and harder.
Well, I figure since she has a tail, Tim (at this point) would be well familiar with it. I’m also subtly setting up a joke for later on. 🙂
One more thing I just noticed, what’s up with the tree outside the window? It looks like you just inserted a real photo.
Heh, that’s because I did! XD All the instances of windows have been like that. And the poster on Tim’s wall. I at least add a filter to blur them a bit though.

What with him playing with her tail, and her grabbing it back while covering and gifting him with such a smug smile … which totally didn’t happen to me, because I’ve never had a tailed girlfriend 😛
I’ve partly said so in the last page, Brandon, the amount of detail you apply on the character’s anatomy is awesome. I don’t remember the last time, if ever, I’ve seen the back muscles on a raised arm in a webcomic 🙂

And yes, most web comic artists are smart and go for a much simpler, easy to reproduce style. Not me though. My characters may look simple, but they are more tricky than you might guess at a glance. Because I’m a dope. XD
