Idea for the Noxian accent: A mixture of a Latin and English accent.
Æ is used in place of both “A” and “E”.(Hello would be pronounced “Hællo”)
C is always pronounced as “K”.
Words beginning with “V” are always spoken as “W”(Very would be pronounced “Wæry”), but used anywhere but the beginning of word it sounds like “V”(Love is pronounced “Lovæ”)
The “Rs” are always trilled when pronounced.
Disregard the “V” part because it seems too confusing.

Actually, I think I know the perfect accent for the Noxians. It belongs to Phantom Girl from Young Justice Phantoms. Here’s a video for a better example.

According to Brandon on #61: “The English accent wouldn’t be out of the question.” for Moonlight. Maybe the Noxian’s have a accent similar to English/British?
Noxians with British accents would be Sexy… Noxians with German Accents would be DEAD SEXY!!! 😉
There are MANY “English/British” accents.
Scouser, Cockney, Scottish, Welsh, Somerset are all accents distinct from each other but still genuinely British.
There’s also the artificial “BBC” or “Received English” accent as heard in British Lion films of the 1940s-50s. Or there’s “Mummerset” also artificial but used in acting (often for comic effect) but not actually real.
Pick one.
Then on top of that Scottish and Welsh are also split up amongst a few regional accents depending on where in Scotland/Whales the speaker is from
Just realized that Noxian’s front teeth are mainly sharp, maybe it causes them to pronounce certain things differently than humans? Any thoughts?
I can agree with “the” and “for” where there’s a danger of catching the tongue or lips and I’ll add any word with an itial”w” which requires the whole lip structure to be compressed and withrawn.
Anyone other things you’d think they’d pronounce differently?

– Similar to Young Justice’s Phantom Girl(slight rasp with the r’s trilled)
– Nicolas Cage’s Dracula from the 2023 Renfield movie.
– MCU’s Zeus’ accent(Feels like a mix of Greek and Italian, which might make sense given Nox is the name of the Greco-Roman goddess of night)
