Geez, there’s a LOT of character assassination going on with Moonlight lately. You guys are gonna feel so shitty later! Haha!
If you say so.(Guess the way Moonlight’s smile looks and her words kinda give off a sort of gaslighting vibe I misinterpreted that.)
I don’t doubt she genuinely loves Shadow, but love makes you do incredibly dangerous things sometimes.

Moon is being strict and sharp with her tone true, but she also is looking out for the sisterhood as a whole.
We know for a fact there is a way out of the sisterhood given Ruth seems to have been cut loose without any visible harassment or threats made to her family despite her infamous reputation.
I feel like moon is more more disappointed Shadow has fallen short of her previous hopes for her as a potential successor in the making.
