Wow I’ve read this page about 5 times now and I only now see that Tim is holding a box of cookies in the last panel
Lol! Well, there’s a lot of other stuff going on that could draw one’s attention.
And the house outside the window. I like the small details
For any one that’s interested, I’ve posted the first of many paragraphs of the fanfic I’m writing. You can find it on my site on the novels page. It’s called “The Cookie Jar”
You just thought this but would as be a bad time forTim to then ask if she wanted a cookie then or something to drink maybe then as well?
I’m kind of greedy but am I the only one that wishes this was updated more than once a week
Trust me, you’re not the only one… I get yelled at every other day or so for that very same thing. XD
Don’t take it as a bad thing … It’s just that we’re already hooked and going through withdrawals waiting for updates o_O
Well look at it this way. At least you know how popular your comic is.
Since this is the problem with every good webcomic, even if there are updates five times a week, I just searched long enough until I found a good amount of comics to read throughout the week. So now, there is one or more updates every day and waiting isn’t that “painfull” anymore XD
Or… y’know… you could do what a sane person with a structured memory does and just stick to Archive-Reading.
i.e. Read a webcomic through from the beginning until the pages run out. Move on to another webcomic and do the same thing. Repeat until you’ve read every single webcomic that could possibly be of interest to you… THEN go back to the first one and re-read it over from scratch… hoping that there is sufficient new content to make it interesting again.
Seriously… after I’m done with an archive, I generally don’t even go near that comic again for another few months. Once-a-week updates I tend to only go through once a year because it takes forever to build up content.
Only the likes of Sluggy Freelance and Homestuck can keep me entertained for an extended length of time.
12pm on Monday in New Zealand. Come on Brandon!!
It’s up finally! XD
Is she supposed to look like a cat in the second panel?
She kinda looks like a cat all the time… so, yes?
Well, it’s the way she’s peering above the bed with only her eyes and above visible… like cats do often.
Hey Brandon, have you ever considered making the second panel of this page into an ad banner for your comic? I mean the title and the tag line (Don’t be afraid of the dark- it won’t bite) would go PERFECT with that illustration!
I would, but I stupidly saved over the larger work version of this particular page (with all the layers) when I was setting up the page following it. First time I’ve done that too on this comic. I suppose I could work around it by simply copying and editing the existing frame… but it would have been way better to use the original work file version.
If that was so easy pedophiles would throw cookies under their bed instead of the back of their van.
