Figures that the “Nightwing” bluff wouldn’t work much past the first try.
I’m guessing those two ladies are “valley girl” dizzy blondes types, the term clueless just don’t cover them. The name Nightwing comes from the Batman comics, unlikely these folk know that name.

In panel 2, note the pausse in Nightmare’s speech betwen “with” & “her”.
I speculate that Terminus (the green scrote) is actuaĺly ìn the vicinity of “the cells” because he’s come to gloat, ìntimidate or bully Shadow – not Mother Moon!
Oops. This still can go several ways, however. Which may or may not include Nightmare being noisy enough that the girls forget to mention the “false positive” issue.
Talk about revealing the names already.
