I’m assuming that the Canadian tradition is somewhat similar to the USA’s with a possible history dating back to Canada’s first European colonists. Is it celebrated with a meal? If so, are there any special foods that are traditionally used, the way that Turkey with stuffing and pumpkin pie are traditional in the US’ Thanksgiving meal?

Hmmm it seems Shadow is starting to show her true feels towards Tim, either that or she over reacted.
On a side note doesn’t look like Midnight is happy about Shadow and Tim or about Shadow liking Tim seems to me she’s she looks betrayed and I mean that in two ways
You know, given how hard she pushed to be included, Midnight really has NO basis for bitching about what she found herself in the middle of.

I can’t shake the feeling that Tim has noticed Midnight’s tears even if Shadow hasn’t. I suspect that Tim will talk to his parents about his hands and may even mention something about the mysterious girl he’s spending his nights with (but probably not the fact that she’s not human).
Well, we shall see. 😉

I thought I would die of waiting! Nine panels is a record I believe, very impressive (and 3 different fonts).
I can say from personal experience that getting pricked in those spaces between fingers does hurt and those holes are larger than needles. Nerves on 2 of fingers travel all the way past the elbow to the shoulder. Thats why its called the funny bone when you bump your elbow, you feel it all over the whole arm. I was cut on my hands/fingers (trying to separate two of my dogs from fighting) for months afterwards I felt pain throughout my whole arm from the nerves. Lest this wasnt that bad but that area between the fingers is really sensitive.
Tim: “Need to get the alcohol.”

Before anyone says “ewww” there is such thing as blood-play and he dint get cut on the fingers or i would bet my last £ that would happen.
In panel 4, I love to Tim’s reaction. (she cares!) The one thing I don’t get, is in panel four, there is a white swirl behind Midnight’s head. Is she shaking her head or is she just annoyed?
My prediction: So far Midnight sticks with the status quo. She’ll keep a secret for her friend but she doesn’t like humans (wait till she gets her own human [or Shadow shares{I know Mr Brandon said thats not going to happen but the fans can dream §Stop makeing the monster so freaken cute then !!§}.].). Untill she gets a better understanding of humans.
Panel 5 : That line deliverly made me instantly think of Naruto and I’m not a fan of that anime.

Sorry to press the issue but what is going on with the white swirl in panel 4 behind Midnights head?

That’s the most soundproof house ever and his MOM will be pissed her son is hurt. What we need now is to talk.
