Seems she’s got a bit of an admirer!
I feel like you make it a point for tails to appear in panels. Is there any reason for going out of your way to draw them in panels where they really aren’t needed? I know they are used to convey emotions and feeling for the characters, but sometimes it feels like there really isn’t a need for them to be there.
They move around a lot, so putting them in conveys this, also, new characters, so I must show off their details a bit.
So wait, is Pax actually Mortis’ father or does Mortis just call him that the same way Moonlight is called Mother?
Also, it appears that offering nudie pics in exchange for votes is an effective way to raise your rank on TWC. 😛
Yeah, Pax is High-Father the way Moonlight is High-Mother. So he’s not really his father… OR IS HE?!
perhaps the sister and brotherhoods are orphanages or similar? they usually refer to the head of such places as the appropriate parental title, in movies anyways.

Why Lord Mortis is looking at Shadow that way is Brandon’s secret. The green devil is looking at Shadow with that expression because LORD MORTIS is staring at Shadow. Greenie is apparently wondering what Mortis finds so interesting in Shadow that he can’t stop staring at her. Seems pretty obvious to me, without spoilers.
He’s also wondering why Mortis keeps glancing at Shadow, among other things.
And still one introduction to be made…
She’ll show up, eventually. More of a glorified background character than anything… but we’ll see!

Out of curiousity, how much older is the “Father” compared to the “Mother?” One or two generations? Or more?
He’s old enough to be Moonlight’s Parent. He’s more like a High-Grandfather, than High-Father at this point.
Brandon actually gave their approximate ages in the comments for the last strip. Moonlight is about 30, Pax is more like 74.

Showing off some thigh I see, not bad. Personally, I disagree with the comment that the tails are not necessary in every panel. As we can see in panel three, even the tales have their little meet and greet. He seems like a nice enouugh fellow. Mortis + Moonlight OTP.
I see the males have a different aegis design than the females. And I like Shadows “stop looking at me” I had an ex who gave that look when someone was creep peeping.
So I went to go vote. Best Incentive Ever. Not a bush fan but you did so well, I couldn’t find it hard to look at. Got an extra reason to vote daily now~

There was an automatic update to the avatar system, I guess it reset them. Also, yeah the tail are important!
It’s the first time I noticed this but I see in panel 4, Pax also has a ring on his tail. So it’s not just a female jewelry accessory… It’s a sign of rank!
my belief on the aegis difference is it’s the insignia assigned to the two groups, potentially there are more aegis designs based on their assigned groups role in the society, if there are more groups anyways…
That’s right, every group has a different design. I’m not sure how many groups there are though… Nox is a big place.

Lovely comic as usual. I like the psuedo ying yang-y color combo of the white skinned mother and the dark skinned mortis. That a bit of foreshadowing there or just nice color complimenting?
Love the vote incentive, but you may want to let folks know when it is NSFW. I almost had an incident with other folks around… It would be one thing if the comic was more “adult” all of the time, but considering the general minimal funtime stuff compare to the rest of the comic… feh I’m rambling…
