Well, I’ve said she doesn’t wear them, eat them, use them as currency, or use them to power their world… 😉 There’s not a lot left but the truth.

Yes, indeed. Note how she never actually properly scared him. One would assume she scares her prey to get a fear released, but one day she encounters a sleeping kid who she doesn’t scare, instead she steals mementos that smell like him, and keeps going back to steal them, until one night she gets caught…

This… urgh, as adorable as Shadow is, this sock sniffing thing is really weirding me out (everything about sniffing other peoples clothes, to be honest -_-“) … *sigh* but in the end, it just shows her affection for Tim and the way she calls herself a freak kinda makes me want to cheer her up.
I’m really curious about how Tim is going to react to this, >if< he ever finds out about it. XD
A bit weird but it does show her desire for Tim, if in a twisted manner. Wouldn’t have to smell his socks to get his scent if SHE smelled like him. Cuddle up, girl.

the sock thing is a little weird, but the thing that interests me the most is that Shadow is done with being the good girl. It sounds to me like the only time she can be herself is when she’s with Tim. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if Lady Blackheart is her mother. I mean, after all, it seems as though Shadow is repeating history a bit.
Well if it’s a common thing among their kind, we know where those lone socks go to.

Surely she would’ve realised at some point she was going to cause issues, however minor.
I find it impossible to believe at any point she didn’t realise they were footwear, even if they themselves have no need of it.

This wasn’t even in the original story, was it? This is just one level under used underpants. Also, I thought they were hanging over the bed like windchimes. On a wall though is like psychopath level. But in all seriousness, even I had a foot fetish one time. It evolved into a leg finish now but you can do no wrong Mr Brandon. This was not the page I was expecting but still a good page. Was hopeing for less fabric and more flesh.
And it appears they have technology after all. So that’s how the aegis reads fear levels gathered.

As I recall in the page where she noticed Tims fear, shes going to assume he was scared of her or something her… So she thinks he wont like her. But as that page showed, he does indeed like her but is scared/shy of girls. I would LOVE to see how handles himself in school. I’m sure he has all male friends.
In all honesty, she should ask why he was so scared at that moment. And when he tells the truth, she would onow she isn’t the beast.
It was heavily implied in the original. That’s why she’s was always so embarrassed whenever it came up.
