Alrighty vengeance plotting is a go.
I’m finding that round tip tail to be rather interesting. Usually every demon tail I see is pointed in some way or another, this is a nice bit of difference.
Maybe she’s just a novice initiate or some such. Or maybe she’s young and the pointed end will show up as she matures.
I know! I’m not sure why it’s so uncommon.
Maybe cause a round one isn’t as threatening or useful for poking/stabbing others?

I really hope that shadows secret is never found out because I would hate to see the backlash and disownment that comes with it.
At the same time I know it will eventually happen, given the story takes place over 10 years, so I look forward to seeing how you write it.

If I saw another Grayson on the message boards I would have thought “what are the odds?” and moved on. Haven’t gotten around to watching Avatar yet, so I wouldn’t know either. *shrugs*

Mai and Ty Lee were there names.
The Legend of Aang is one of my all time fav shows (and then the show after, Korra). Highly recommend. The movie… not so.
Gloom is very bubbly like Ty Lee even though she is not bright. And sunset those look more serious and level-headed like Mai. Ahh Ty Lee… best girl ever.

I just had a horrible thought: She heard Mother say that. Looking back, I saw that after Mother said that, Shadow confirmed it and then they had another exchange. That means that she was there longer than absolutely necessary. That leads to the question: How much of the conversation did she hear?
Oh, enough of it.
Just had another thought: The blue ones comments with “Jeesh” and “Geez” implies Christinity (from “Jesus”). However, the monster obviously have a different belief system. So, how come she’s using those?

Maybe it caught on after a few of them heard those words get shrieked out by kids shitting their beds.
I think I’ve worked out what Nightmare is going to do. I think she’s going to ask Shadow to show her round the library so that she can impress Terminus.
However, I have this horrible fear that she would ingratiate herself with Shadow so deeply that either Shadow tells her about Tim or forgets to take the proper precautions to stop Nightmare from finding out.
I also see this make Midnight and Tim patch up their differences to watch Shadow’s back.
I agree, we should see some more interaction between Tim and other monsters, and the only other one who knows whats up is Mid. There may be some aspects of monster culture that would better come from her than from Shadow.
It’s just, the whole point of the Tim/Shadow relationship is that it’s a secret. I can’t make him interact with everybody. At least, not yet. Not for a while.
I wasn’t advocating that he meets more monsters but work with Midnight to help maintain the secret.
I don’t think so.
If anything, I feel Shadow would be disturbed by Nightmare suddenly trying to be friendly with her; something tells me Nightmare’s arrogance and ‘higher than thou’ attitude is not a new thing. So, I’d wager in such an event, Shadow would hold off letting out any secret, least of all to her.
