hi i’m new to the comic so far so good,but I’ve got a theory maybe some of you guys notice it but i’m not going back to see if someone wright this already.So Shadow was able to beat Nightmare’s score not by fear but because Tim has an other feeling about Shadow
We’ll find out for sure, eventually.
someone with nothing to loose is someone with nothing to fear.
Therefore, the more Tim likes Shadow, the heavier gets the fear of loosing her.
Curious why they’re gathering fear. Is it just a scare score, or just gathering fear like a Monsters Inc. sorta thing? Maybe I missed something. Speaking of which, maybe laughs would make things better.
It’s just for prestige, really.

I made a D&D character once named Akbar. After a successful career in the navy, he retired back to his home village, where he opened a shop making and fixing tarps. It was called “Crazy Akbar’s Discount Tarps,” where our motto is “It’s a Tarp!” He was a rogue with a maxed out trap sense.
Cost me a lot of friends, that character, but I regret nothing.
Well I was checking out this comic and I love it there are many questions that need to be answered but I have noticed some things. On page 2 or 3 when Tim was getting it on with Shadow dis you guys notice a claw mark on his back? And later on when Shadow was telling Tim she was late to meet Midnight and that she will pick him up at 11, you see his belt buckle has the same pendant that Shadow has to move between worlds. My question is where did he get it? My theory is from Nightmare. Also reqmber when the high mother said she seen spike jump like Shadows before with Lady Blackheart but that’s not her real name of course. Now the High mother said she disappeared because no one knows what really happened to her but my theory is that Lady Blackheart is Tim’s mother.
Now here me out on this, when the High Mother was talking about lady Balckheart you can see she has blonde hair and Tim’s mother has blonde hair. Still not convinced well how about the time when Shadow and time were down in the kitchen and Tim’s dad comes down to eat his cake but shadow ate it. Right after that Tim’s dad takes some cookies from Tim’s moms stash and she knew right away when he took her cookies. Then Tim say that he might get blamed for eating the cake but that might not happen because Tim’s mom might make his dad too sore to care because she can somehow know that Tim’s dad takes her cookies at that vary moment that he does it! Shadow likes cookies Tim’s mom like cookies! Coincidence I think not!
Now there are other theories I have that includes Nightmare but this comment is getting too long. So peace!

I think you’re on to something. But why does Ruth look human, and if she is Lady Blackheart, where did her tail go. Is she using some kind of spell, or did she under go some kind of transformation to be come human. If not then Tim must be half monster, and if so maybe he can grow a tail and claws.
I’m just adding fuel to the fire, am I not?
I’ll say this right now, the whole cookie thing is nothing more than Ruth’s intuition. After all, a woman’s intuition can be a scary thing. As for Tim being half monster, it’s a possibility, but doubtful. After all, even if he didn’t have the tail and claws, he’d at least have their strength, unless monster strength is the same as human strength. My money is on Lady Blackheart being Shadow’s mother. After all, Shadow appeared on the Sisterhood’s doorstep when she was a baby, and I wouldn’t doubt that Lady Blackheart disappeared roughly before Shadow appeared on their doorstep.
Also, as was mentioned, Lady Blackheart’s score suddenly shot through the roof the same way as Shadow’s. If that’s not a “like mother, like daughter,” moment, I don’t know what is
also, as to point out, if you looked at how Blackheart’s hair flowed down her face, and saw the side view of shadow when Lady Moonlight grabbed Shadow to get the truth out of her, you’d notice that her hair flowed down the same way
Good point. Something to keep in mind. Now we have two very sound theories.
Strength? Well, he was able to hold Shadow at bay when she was attacking him for the photo, and briefly hold Midnight (until she drew blood). But then, none of the monsters have shown any strength that would be called superhuman.
Then again, odds are Tim is not the only human child Shadow scares, yet there is something about his smell in particular that has her captivated. If he does have some monster blood in him, he could be a very alluring mix of familiar and prey, tugging at her instincts. Or it could be something else entirely. Only time and Brandon will reveal for certain 😉

All I’m saying is something is going on behind the scenes. And there is a lot that we don’t know about shadows world but I can say its magic some wickedly dark magic.
How come humans are not
allowed to visit the world under Tim’s bed where Shadow and her fellow monsters live?
It’s just the way things are. Humans technically shouldn’t even know that it exists.

the TV trash guy said Mirror Image the finale of Quantum Leap was 1 of the worst ever personally I would end it with Sam finally leaping home after telling Beth that Al was still alive and would be coming home.

I’m curious, did you get the tail sensitivity idea from to love ru or was it just a random thought you came up with.
I’ve never even heard of to love ru before people started bringing it up in the comments… and her tail isn’t even that sensitive. It’s a communication tool mostly, it won’t send her into an orgasmic fit or anything, unless you really try. 😉
I figured most stories got it from the fact most animals have sensitive tails. Which makes sense, those things are easily damaged, a good mix of sensors would be required to avoid loosing their extra balancing tool.
