I think if she only wanted his fear, she would have made the “cliche” where she stopped right before their lips met, I think she genuinely was curious about the “kissing thing” and that she likes Tim.

Is Tim 9 years? Isn’t this after his summer break, so he should still be 9 or have their been a few years since? A bit confused, but I would like it if it just stays sweet and cute for now, and let the sexual exploration wait until the age of 12-13 maybe.
Yes, they are still children currently. So no dirty monkey business for them. A kiss, I think, is fine. Innocent enough, considering Shadow has no idea what she’s doing, just copying the movies she has seen.
