You know I kind of for a growing friendship here not best buddies but you know their mutual feelings for Shadow to help form a bond kind of thing. Maybe learning to have fun in the human world as well. For some reason I think she would love the Nightmare on Elm Street films like Shadow. Hell maybe she just likes teasing him in various ways lol.
Perhaps, in time. Midnight really isn’t interested in the human side of things though, so like now, it’s just for Shadow’s benefit.

I swear Brandon, if you’re fixing this to become some harem thing… Not to mention should it have moved the meter at least a little when he was getting all sweatty about losing the cake… Mostly because the cake is a lie and he didn’t have any to give…
No, there’s no harem thing. XD I like my stories to actually move forward!
I want to point out that “harem” and “stagnant story” are not directly related, though they often coincide.
I mean, Tenchi Muyo (and similar anime) pretty much start off with “There is a harem. It’s not actually that relevant to the plot and could be replaced by genetic friendship, but it’s there in the background. Now let’s get to the actual story, interrupted by occasional relationship jokes.”
And on the other side, we have stories that get caught up forever in a “will they or won’t they” state, even though it’s just about two characters.
So, really, harem stories can have a moving plot, as long as the plot doesn’t need to resolve the harem situation.
That being said, I’m fine either way, with or without harem. I was just bothered by the suggestion that harem stories never had a moving plot.
I’m mostly talking about the ones where there is obviously a ‘main girl’ but still the story insists on having all the female leads battling it out for the main characters affections, ultimately wasting time. Also usually the main character never choses anybody, and nothing is resolved in that situation. The plot may move forward, but the relationships never do.
My story the relationship is key to the plot moving forward.

I can’t believe people have forgot Tim already said whats making him afraid with shadow. Well saying with out SAYING it he afraid cuase she a girl he actually may like even love? Going back I finally see where shadow thought a kiss might be amazing to try. Atleast I think so since Brandon did draw a copy of Beauty and the Beast in her room. True Loves kiss can is a thing of magic perhaps.
Hello, I am a new reader. Brandon I really enjoy the story, I’ve read up to the newest issue, & I must admit I am really impressed with the story as well as the art. As soon as I am able I want to support this. Keep up the awesomeness Dude.
