Is she purely white? I always assumed she was a very light shade of blue.(#F5F8FB)
She is white as can be, but everything in Nox has a purple hue to the shadows due to lighting.
Makes sense. Still, I’m confused considering her sister, Ruthless, has a golden yellow skin color compared to her white skin. Did their appearances come from their parents (1 Yellow Noxian and 1 White Noxian) or is a Noxian’s appearance simply randomized?
It does follow their parents, yes. Unless it doesn’t. Then a wizard did it.

Theory: Maybe the randomness is like a rare genetic condition, let’s call it “Temere”(Latin for “at random”), where certain Noxian children end up taking certain traits (skin coloration, etc.) from their parents ancestors?(Grandparents, great grandparents, etc.) For the most part, Noxian traits are passed down from parent to child.
