OKAY! Happy new Year everyone! Geez… fate certainly had it out for this week’s page, but without further ado… IT LIVES!
OKAY! Happy new Year everyone! Geez… fate certainly had it out for this week’s page, but without further ado… IT LIVES!
“…the last few montths”???
That’s actually been about eight to ten years in Tim and Shadow’s time.
(The timeline skipped to “Present Day” on Page 74)
Of course there have been physical change.
Despite how long it’s been for us to read the comic, it’s actually only been a day and a half since the time skip for the characters? It’s just been a VERY important moment in their lives.
question ….. who are the two characters shaded next to Shadow? …… I would like to see a description of their colors and appearance
Why do I get the feeling that this all somehow worked out in the asshat guy’s favor and he is now the new high father or something… Or am I missing things or am I just way off… It just kinda feels like that is a very possible twist that is coming.. I don’t know why but dicks always seem to get into things they shouldn’t and do things that should be a lot harder then it is… that’s true in real life though too so its not like its unrealistic it is still frustrating to see though.
I get the feeling that I am way off though. after all I haven’t gone back and reread a lot of the other pages before posting this so I am likely confusing things or just not remembering things right. Also that dress is wonderful~
I actually stumbled upon this comic by complete accident, but im glad i did! I really cant wait to see this series through, good luck man.
Thank you!
…. well I hope nothing bad happened because of the inactivity on my part, but in the last few weeks I was in development of future projects related to the comic and all that and I will say that this is in response to Brandon Shane. .. (it will be in your language) and if everyone has that question about what it is about … well, not very recently I got in touch with a guy who is half a fan of tmutb and with him I decided to do a small project together of tmutb and the truth about its development is in a state of hiatus due to problems but maybe in February or at some point the expected will come and I hope you like the voices when it comes out on YouTube. postscript: I’ll just say that 15% was achieved or something like that but it will come … soon.
While I appreciate the enthusiasm, why don’t you use it to create your OWN work not based on my work… it’s WAY more satisfying when you create something all your own!
heh at the beginning I said to do a part 2 to save it in the list of all the videos of tmutb but he responded with (second part or do a dubbing) and I agreed with that idea and the truth is if it is good and all that and With the voices I was sure that he already has for Shadow or Ruth and all that but the truth is that this comic I plan to make a good use of it …. maybe I will even contact others from different parts of the world to do international dubbing and all that but I will leave this for a while and I will concentrate for the moment on two things …. element … I will not say that …. I say comment on questions that occur and are interesting and projects …. I suppose that if I am encouraged by February or March, maybe I will even start with the tmutb series …. even if it is difficult I will try.
Honestly, I have no idea what you are talking about at this point.
i find this gold when i was looking for some “professional” material for research of course and its awesome.
brandon maybe try webtoon because this must see more people
Soooooo, how much longer until ‘moonie’ meets her nephew and the one shadow is interested in?
I will say this: when she DOES meet Tim, it will be a VERY interesting meeting for shadow, Tim & Tim’s parents
Why do you believe that Mother Moon will EVER meet Tim?
Relationships between Nox and humans are a criminal offence in Nox.
Lady Blackheart (Ruth) has already opened herself to serious penalties and, of course, so has Shadow, now. Could a revelation of their crimes be what Nightmare is plotting? (See Brandon’s Patreon for an icoplete page 229)
Maybe not quite. What happened with Ruth isn’t clear, it looks like one fine day she just ran away.
But just from “game board logic” of the setting…
1. Obviously, Nox must restrict interaction with humans. More so if there are much less than 6 billions of the Noxians. Or there won’t be any left soon enough. To maintain the separation, they have to occasionally remove “corrupting influences” from the polite society.
Exactly how they handle all the exceptions, however, we don’t know. In particular, those who fall for humans, but are discreet.
2. Nox also needs troubleshooters capable of working on the other side (and preferably also local agents) — at least, for occasional Search&Rescue or retrieval of a charred/crushed corpse+aegis. Skill at magical disguises alone won’t cut it.
1+2: One solution scoring these (and possibly other) objectives at once is to quietly look for Noxians who, uh, know the humans much better than is considered proper, and transfer them to the security branch that has limited contact with the rest of Nox.
If so, low level supervisors like Moonie may not know much about such things. Even if they do, it’s an undesirable outcome in their eyes: they get marks on the service record, the ex-wards are thrown into less leisure lifestyle, high-risk missions and separation from the mainline crowd (if they were into this sort of excessive excitement, they won’t be made supervisors).
Of course, if the Nox population outnumbers the human, then a MUCH simpler solution is available.
Dzershinsky Stalin and Beria established a vast network of isolation camps (gulags) which provided much-needed labour in the service of the state, also removed disruptive elements from the civil polity, occasionally returned corrected and still useful citizens TO the society.
Unrecoverable offenders were also removed at the cost of only a cartridge each – but those cases are rarely documented.
By removing disruptive elements, scarce resources were made more available for the use if valued citizens, so the scciety benefited, on the whole.
Any enforcement requires… well, force.
Balance of power on Nox is highly un-worrisome, if the circumstances of that stupid manslaughter incident are not wildly anomalous somehow. Thus late High Father is as far from Stalin as Terminus from Yakov Okhotnikov, even though the outcome happened to be more dramatic.
Noxian high-ups get respect, but don’t seem to have a habit of actually exercising power, or much need to. It’s a sleepy kingdom. As far from strenuous “riding the tiger who rides another tiger” situation as it gets. This allows some… a posteriori assumptions about the setup.
Terminus does stand out, but even he won’t make a trouble worth mention if he was slightly less ambitious OR naive OR clumsy. Or if the High Father was less irritated by his oblivious enthusiasm and took time to explain why it’s moronic.
I can see one of the high-ups pressuring Shadow into the new career, if my guess was correct. But this would be done very carefully. Maybe even publicly, with knowledge of which exactly rule she broke unspoken, but hinted at. In which case, she would clearly see the carrot and not much of the stick, while the sleepy kingdom around her wouldn’t, and such discrepancy of incentives would itself validate the move.
Part of this situation is that anyone capable of breaking this rule this way can become very inconvenient and valuable at once, but the pressure fix the former is quite low, simply because they know they don’t fit in, too.
My god, you guys… it’s just a silly cartoon. 🤣
It’s a side track. But trying to see the implications and predict things is always a fun game. :]
Espero que se vuelvan a ver los protagonistas porque si no, no tiene gracia la historieta y esta muy interesante y buena
Is it just me or does Shadows “new” appearance look kinder dorky?
Well, she IS a dork, so… sure. Why not.
