Like you said, normal is something that most people in society expect and is pretty much a case by case type of thing. I guess Tim’s afraid of being judged for being different. And I’m sure a lot of people can sympathize. People can be so judgemental and intolerable of differences.

It would definitely help Tim to understand that he was never really normal in the first place. Although I don’t know what this revelation will do to Tim. This is pretty big news and he’s never been told this so this should be handled delicately or Tim might just freak out and Shadow and his family will have to pick up the pieces. Maybe it won’t be that serious, but I expect Tim to struggle with this a little at the very least.
