Well, considering that, if you look at the first page of comments, this won’t get resolved in the next 5 pages….. yeah..
Order in some popcorn, have it come in predetermined waves.
They won’t get together in 3 or 5 pages, but in the mean time, I’ll be setting up some other, more important things instead.

If this story was a 2 1/2 hour movie, then we’ve only just reached the 30 minute mark. Things are about to open up!
Though it seems everybody just wants me to jump straight to the end credits. Tim and Shadow getting together is just the vehicle driving the story, but there is waaaaaay more story yet to go!

Sounds promising
5 years for the 30 minute mark of a 150 minute movie doesn’t sound very inspiring.
Well, it’s only just past 4 years running, for starters, and secondly… I don’t really care what you think about my project’s timeline projection. That was a very rough guess. I actually have no idea how long the rest will take.
I’ll be really disappointed if this becomes a, “This is all his fault and he has to come up with a way to win her back,” situation. They BOTH said/did unfair things to each other, but HE did try to apologize and she slapped him down. SHE was the one who became physically abusive, so I hope Tim just backs off so Shadow can reflect on how she acted. Hell, as much as I was against it before, I wouldn’t mind seeing Tim hook up with the human chick who not only showed overt interest in him, as opposed to Shadow’s subtle moves without coming right out and confessing her feelings, but she ALSO hasn’t physically attacked him.
I agree with this completely. She’s more at fault in this situation than he is. If she wanted him to know her feelings all this time, she should have told him outright. Hoping he “noticed” her feelings is entirely unfair, and then verbally attacking him because he didn’t is even moreso. And while obviously he has feelings for her as well (though at the time, they’re reluctant due to his own thoughts on the matter) he isn’t obligated to return her feelings just because she has feelings for him. His own feelings matter just as much.
In Shadows defense Tim did/does know about her feelings. Tim has been ignoring her feelings purposely partly do to the whole species thing. While Shadow did slap him, Tim did forcibly grab her first. At this point though Tim’s parents could have got involved and stopped most of this. Tim’s mom’s response of them having to figure out themselves is really bad considering that her relationship with box is bad becaus she had to figure out hers of.
I always figured people were too hard on Marcy.

I don’t really agree with him getting with Marcy, the way the story has framed it they barely know each other and she tried to sleep with him, that is not a good start to a healthy relationship.
I don’t know about the rest of you, but I think this is pretty realistically portrayed. Maybe there are some people in the wrong here who think they’re in the right, but that’s life. Well done, I say.
If your tail is sensitive, would not it be very painful to strike a blow with it? Although if I gave him a slap he would mark his face with his claws. I suspect that this problem will have to be solved by Mom

The suspense is killing me Brandon, more so now that we have to wait 14 days for the next page but i know it will be worth it.

All I can think of is Tim going to the Other world after he’s told who/what he is… and then we get SHENANIGAN’S UNDER THE BED! 😀 which if you think about is going to be extra tricky.. since his “fear” is really potent… I can’t wait >:D

Interestingly enough regardless if Tim had tutored the cheerleader girl (I don’t remember her name and I’m to lazy to check) or not the whole series of events that just occured would not have changed.
Not true jealousy played a pinch in this. Not much but it did have an effect on the story. Also don’t worry about her name I’m sure she won’t play a major role in the story.
