I’d have thought the new High-Father would be Mortis, but, we’ll see, I guess.

I literally cannot tell the difference between their breast sizes.
Which is the point as one is wearing a bra, making them look bigger, and the other is not, which would make them look smaller, or less pronounced, actually most artists don’t do breast mechanics as well as this.
I noticed that the purple-haired lass in the background of the second panel seems to be eying Midnight’s rack… and that it seems to be bigger than hers…
But, yeah – no real difference (that I can tell anyway) between Midnight and Nightmare… (unless it’s that Nightmare’s seem a little… saggier? softer?)
I’m surprised Nightmare isn’t being held as an accessory to murder. The others seem remarkably happy all things considered.
I was just thinking that.
Maybe the Termite was able to spin things so that he and Nightmare came off looking like they had found Lord Pax in a deceased state rather than having been the cause of said deceased state.

Terminus was found standing over the body and holding the bloody knife. Nightmare at this point was not touching him. So she was found just standing nearby, probably with somewhat terrified expression. Maybe her version of the events was heeded, maybe dismissed. But there’s no reason why she would necessary be in much trouble.
It’s also possible (she is not anywhere on page #207), if unlikely, that she ran away and wasn’t even seen with them.
The others may be simply unaware exactly what happened to the old boss. There probably would be more of tension and/or excitement if they know. Then again, they are fearless, so no great thrill.
Another great page Brandon your art style is one of a kind man. Every page looks flawless. I binge read all 227 pages as soon as I found this comic. “Monster under the bed” is a amazing comic with a one of a kind story. That just keeps getting better. I would definitely recommend this comic to other people. Keep up the great work I think you’re making something that’s truly one of a kind here that will be cherished forever.
In the present day Tim has an aegis. I saw the aegis around page 70 and later in the comic. Does this mean we get to see Tim in Nox?
But the aegis Tim has is the same pattern as all the girls and Mother have, not the “Brotherhood” pattern that Terminus, Lord Mortis & Lord Pax (RIP) have.
Does this mean Tim has to have corrective surgery??

My guess is that Shadow somehow got one without whoever/whatever rules Nox finding out, so it’s from her clan or whatever instead of the male’s clan.
Got a bad feeling that Lady Moonlight is dragging Shadow in (after having dolled her up somewhat?) and will (possibly) present her to Termite, perhaps? (I’m noticing Shadow is not standing with Midnight at the moment, and both girls were together last we saw them…)
If so, that won’t end well… (For one thing, Nightmare’s definitely going to go ballistic.)
I can’t wait to see Shadow’s new look. I’m sure Lady Moonlight will have emphasised her best assets.
Don’t get used to it, it’s only for a special occasion! She’ll be back to normal eventually.
With as many of the fanbase as are calling him Termite, eventually someone in the actual comic will have to use it. Let the meme ascend!

Just realised Nightmare wear “Terminus-green” straps over her clothes and hair since becoming the First Reaver. I wonder is it just a matter of taste or something more, like Midnight’s pierced ears in #210?

Aint that strange when Terminus is a criminal and captive? Nightmare is his assistant and lover, who doesn’t try to hide it. I mean, what’s her status during the investigation? Temporarily free cause the bloodied knife wasn’t in her hand when Mortis caught them?
When Mortis shows up, all will become clear!

I think Tim’s parentage is not in doubt, but what about Shadow? We saw how Lord Mortis reacted to Terminus’ sleazy comments… was that the action of a protective father? Then there’s the mother to consider… could it be that the mysterious doctor is involved in this? The gentleman above knows the answers, while the rest of us will just have to wait.
Shadow’s parentage will remain a mystery for at least one more chapter. 🤗

Well, a little, but because you story is so damn engaging.
Also, is it me, or has Nightmare gotten an downgrade in the boob department? In the page brfore her sex scene with the green guy, she has much larger ones than she does here… But maybe that’s just the angle/depth/distance in the picture.
Also, at what point in time are we right now? Do these side stories (Terminus/Men in Black/etc) happen while Tim plans to reunite with Shadow or after they are a couple but hadn’t sex yet (going by Midnights comment)?
Usually it is clear to me, but right now I’m a little lost, sorry…
It’s just like a regular meanwhile. No time skips or anything.
