If you mean that Moonie is NOT participating in “human (Nox) trafficking” – I’m pleased.
Historically, that WAS a featurre of royal family arrangements (Marie Antoinette was 14 years when she was married off to Louis XVIII).
I seal something in Lord Mortis that he has for Shadow or it may be that he is in love with her for her beauty and everything (the truth is that this subject would be a leader and also a womanizer) or that he just wants to be a father to her together to lady moonlight ….. these are just one of my thousands of answers …. only one will tell the truth in the future.
Given how Mortis acted during Chapter 2, I’d go along the lines of him wanting to be more of a father figure for Shadow. It honestly wouldn’t surprise me if he either knew Shadow’s original family, or if he’s (in)directly related to her, which would explain his behavior when she’s either mentioned or in his presence.
The outfit you put together for Shadow is amazing, by the way. The little jewel/bead coming down between her eyes is an interesting touch. I know you lost the original artwork for this, so did this replacement one fulfill what you wanted, or was it a case of ‘eh, close enough’?
Definitely a case of “Good enough”…
Maybe revisit the original design sometime for a vote incentive or just a bonus?

She sort of *IS* making Shadow a copy of her… she just wants her to look really nice!
Considering that Lady Moonlight considers Shadow to be more of a surrogate daughter than just another Guild member, it’s not all that surprising.
She’s trying to arrange a marriage or something like that. Though we know it won’t work in the end since we know her and Tim get together

Moonie even put bows on the gift wrap. And we know she eventually winds up with Tim. There might not necessarily be a straight line between here and there.
Was Shadow always that thicc? She’s got some hips on her when I thought she was a bit slimmer. Maybe the outfit just enhances that part of her.

It’s the lack of Pigtails, I reckon. They certainly do play up the youthful look.
They ALL add abut 5 years with hair, makeup and intentionally enticing clothing. (Did you note Shadow’s new eye makeup? Just like Mother Moon’s, but I think Shadow should learn better from Ruth.)
Sorry for sounding like a broken record, but how much longer till Tim and Shadow meet up/reconcile?

With those earrings and Lady Moonlight’s dress work, I’m sure she’ll have more dates coming at her than she’ll know what to do with… she may have to fight them off with a stick!

Well Moonie has always doted on Shadow since the begining, and then when Ruth said that she also had a interest in Shadow just reinforced her notion of treating Shadow as her prodigy.
Shadow looks really hot in that outfit, can’t wait to see the other girls reaction.
Shadow, you do look beautiful tonight. You aren’t wrong about it not feeling in character for you but sometimes spreading out your wings isn’t a bad thing. Well done on making the page 2.0 Brandon. Hope you are satisfied with it because I know I love it.
It is essentially the same, though a few small details are different. For instance I LOVED the way her dress flowed in her hand in the original lost version…. but, I just couldn’t quite capture it the same way this time, so… whatever. No big deal. 😂
Okay, Shadow looks beautiful in that. But it is *SO* not her. You can put a beautiful woman in a beautiful dress, but if the two don’t match it just won’t look right. And IMHO that’s what we have here.

a question (maybe it’s the most impossible to say so I’ll have to guess) how many …. that’s how many monsters like shadow and the others are there in totality in nox and on earth?
