   Im Happy to see that there is a comic artist out there that is as engaged with his comic as his audience… However don’t over work yourself or choose the dead line over the quality of the page. While I’m sure we all look forward to the next page, we want to see you in good health and state of mind to continue writing the comic we all love.

     I’m not over doing it, don’t worry. I’ve simply moved my usual art duties from yesterday to today.

     The page should be up fairly soon though, another hour and a half, perhaps?

   … Ouch. Just ouch.

   That sounds so unnatural. Definitely contrived.
   Nobody could say that in complete sincerity. It is the sort of line I’d expect to be delivered in mock-seriousness… followed by a moment of silence… and then bursting into a fit of giggles.

   If I were to recommend a more realistic replacement… it would probably involve a half-arsed attempt to give very waffly answers to the questions followed by a slightly accusatory “What’s with the interrogation?” or equivalent…

   But hey… what do I know about realism anyway? I spend much of my life trying to escape reality.
