Perhaps too positive. She may want to “eat him up” in a sexual way if you get my drift. Tim seems to have a certain “rizz” as the youth say when it comes to Nox women.
Considering her reaction to the obvious differences in “surface anatomy” (re: one subset of the medical term “gross anatomy”), it would not surprise me at all if she’s also interested how different his “regional anatomy” is.
In other words, it’s not much of a stretch to think Eclipse wants to “play doctor” with Tim…y’know, for “science”. ;D

That’s a sign, in Noxian culture, that he’s in a relationship. Or at least it was when Shadow had hers done.
If I’m not mistaken, only the females wear earrings. In the *Owl House* series, for example, exchanging earrings is a sign of a strengthened bond.
But… I hope Shadow gets out soon, and that Tim doesn’t have to fight too much in the Nox.
