So, is “Mother” their actual mother?
That must make Shadow and Midnight sisters too.
Or is “Mother” their Den mother.
In charge of them while they’re still “Bed bugs”

Because, that’s just the way it is. Besides, ‘mother’ is not her full title.

If anyone disappears there’ll probably be an investigation, and since Shadow is her partner she’ll be carefully scrutinized. Shadow does not want that to happen, therefore she must figure out how to deal with her nosey friend in a better way for all involved.
Not to mention Midnight’s her friend. Why would she want her to disappear?

So quick question, does your comic already have an end eventually? Or is this a coming up with stuff on the spot while making this comic? Will you ever make a random short episode to take a break from the main story line?
It has an ending planned already, of course, it’s a looooong way off.
And the story is setup in such a way that I can have an arcing storyline, and have little mini stories along the way if I so choose… so, probably.
So, am I the only one who hopes that Tim will start acting like a vindictive little shit and let Midnight go just to spite Shadow? I mean, the whole thing with the cookies and the manipulation……
For all Tim knows, letting Midnight go might spell some really bad future for Shadow. The only thing Tim knows is that they have a “mother”, and that if she finds out, it will be “really bad” (Shadow’s words).
In addition to that this would be the risk to not see either again, and I think Tim’s preeeetty much established this is the most exciting thing in his life happening.
Tim really has nothing to gain from doing something like that. At least not with the info he has.

Just finished reading the original story on deviantart. I’m liking this story a lot. It’s like the two movies “Little monsters” and “Twilight” had a baby and the baby learned how not to suck like its parents while inspired from them. Does that make sense?
It makes sense in a vague way, although I took no inspiration from either of those stories. XD

Well, wasn’t THIS a pleasant little surprise of a webcomic. 😀 Even better, the author is still alive! This is already adorable…and quite pleasing in the adult areas. I like the fact that you’re drawing a very cute and interesting webcomic for adults outright, not saying of course that it is “merely” graphic.
Rather, it’s refreshing (and pleasantly enticing) to see a webcomic for adults by adults. I’m loving this thing, and definitely sticking around.
