Btw, am I the only one that gets the feeling that the meeting is about arranging something that has to do with either Terminus and Shadow, or Mortis and Shadow. I will not say what I think they will arrange out of fear of being probing wrong, though.

going by normal story leads, blue hair is either betrothed or likes shadow, and MC will have to do something to show that he deserves her instead

He looks about 30, or middle aged even.
Back in the comments for page 67, Brandon gave Mortis’ age as approximately 33, so he’s actually a little older than Moonlight. So unless the monsters go in for way age disparate arranged marriages (which, to be fair, are not unknown even in human history), they’re probably no romantic interest there. He might be Shadow’s father though.
Does anyone in real life know you make this comic? If so how did you tell them you were making a sexy webcomic about monsters?
Sure, quite a few people know. My friends all know, my parents and a few extended family members. A few people at my work know. Apparently it’s not that big a deal.

Is it just me or does Mortis look guilty. I feel like, with the set-up between Mortis and Shadow’s mom that Mortis may be… I don’t know, just throwing this out there, maybe her birth father. I mean, I’m not the first to think that he looks sad or guilty, that much is obvious, I’m just thinking that maybe that’s the twist that’s in store.
That last panel, that is the look of concern from Mortis. Something is eatting him up in the inside.
Now I have one complaint, there’s not enough tail! You got two tails out of frame and only one shown completely on the last panel. But jokes aside, I been checking for the new page awhile. Glad your better now.

I was considering adding a lot more random tails for awhile, but since I wasn’t feeling super awesome it just seemed like unnecessary work.

I’m getting the vibe that Lady Blackheart or whatever is tim’s mom, because I think I remember reading something that mentioned it in the written form. That plus the fact that tim’s dad is definitely human means monster + human COULD mean one human baby and one monster baby. It seems shadow and tim’s relationship might get a bit awkward, or at least more so.
I won’t confirm who is what, but I will always confirm that Tim and Shadow are definitely not brother and sister. XD
