I would very much like to see a human boy crushin on midnight and her not returning the feelings. The reason I say this is because we already see monster female + human male, and monster female + monster male. That just leaves that last option.
I don’t think a threesome or a menage a trois will happen. The difference between the two is a menage a trois is a agreement between 3 people and a treesome is 3 people getting it on. Sure both have sex but a menage a trois sounds more intimate. But in the past Brandon has said he won’t do it so if he changes his mind I would be speechless.

And then there is Midnight > Shadow > Tim. Midnight shows a interest in Shadow but not with Tim so as not to lose Shadow she has to agree to this setup. Right now, aside from a few glances, we really don’t know what midnight is thinking.

Whenever anyone mentions clothing items and “digging them out” I always imagine a giant pile of clothing and the person in question diving in to it.
I used to do that. I was too lazy to fold my clean clothes and put them in my dresser, so I just dumped them in a pile in the corner. When I needed something to wear I would just dig through it.
I’m … well lets just say i’m over 20 … and STILL do that heh.
I do that also… My fav outfits get tossed into a better corner.

I think she was speaking in vague terms concerning the ‘Stupid Human Stuff’ back then, as Shadow is interested in all aspects of humanity, and not just using them for gains or stealing random things from.

Midnight never does anything with Tim and doesn’t want anything to do with humans beyond doing her duty concerning them, and looking out for her silly friend who does like humans. She honestly couldn’t be bothered.
And I don’t think Tim has even gotten around to Doctor Who, let alone shown it to Shadow.

I get the strange feeling that Shadow will design her costume in such a way that she inadvertently triggers puberty in Tim, setting in motion his changing perspective of her from platonic to more intimate as they both age.
