Honestly, he shows all that private stuff to complete strangers? And in the case of that one guy, even to people who openly dislike him? Did he even ask Shadows permission? Or think about whether those two are trustworthy?
Tim doesn’t seem to be the brightest fellow in the world. I got a feeling Shadow’s gonna be less than thrilled.

Yeah – ‘brick wall’ certainly describes Tim at the moment. Hoo-boy, is he ever going to feel really stupid when it all gets spelled out to him… and I suspect the ‘spelling’ will be done with the assistance of a sledgehammer to the brain-pan. (Figuratively, I hope, rather than literally. But still – he’s really going to feel it.)
Thing is, I don’t think his ‘obliviousness’ is unintentional so much as willful. He still believes that he’s human and she’s a Noxian and the two races can’t crossbreed, so he’s trying to think about their futures and doesn’t see them able to have one together.
So if Mom would just tell him already…

Everyone seems to be worried about Shadow’s reaction. I’m more concerned of what his mom will do when she finds out.
Everyone is automatically assuming the worst. I keep saying “I got a plan, trust me, I know what I’m doing!” but, hey, it’s been weeks of the same thing ad-nauseum, so I guess the less-imaginative masses will just have to be surprised.

People will think what they are used to think and you won’t be able to do anything about it.

One thing though, I don’t see this going well XD; even knowing full well they grow up to be a nauseatingly loving couple, the current situation seems to be building up to a huge conundrum.

You are obviously planning for Tim to be lucky. That doesn’t mean what he did wasn’t stupid. And someone should tell him it was stupid, or he will post the photos on Facebook next. And while most people wouldn’t believe it, we already know there are SOME people who will … and who he doesn’t want to visit.
Tim is indeed slow on the uptake, but I don’t think he’s that stupid, else he would’ve done it already.

Just remember you “know” what is going to happen. We don’t by design and that’s cool. People tend to see a story or situation and imagine it going in a direction that relates to them. I know I’d personally be pissed off and angry if someone I knew, trusted, and had feelings for told my secrets. Especially if they told them to one person I saw as a romantic rival and the other an ahole who tried to steal my candy and book.
Sorry Brandon, don’t mean to frustrate you, but look at it from our perspective. Tim is giving away all the secrets he’s kept for years to a couple of people who are not his friends, whom he frankly has no reason whatsoever to trust and at least one of whom actively and openly dislikes him. Furthermore, he’s doing all this without Shadow’s permission, which she would quite reasonably be really angry about, on top of how angry she is already. Obviously, as the author, you know how this is going to go, but we have to work with what you give us. In the real world, based on the set up, this situation would almost certainly turn into a total disaster. Like a couple other people said, the only way we can see it not going badly is pure luck.
Has Tim finally understood that Shadow was just jealous or Marcy will just bluntly tell him as she usually does? I hope for the first possibility.
Ruth already knows Shadow (and gave her “finer points about the use of lingerie”) but, if you mean that Timmy has any ‘secret’ photos, the story is set in pre-digital days and Tom runs a photography printing shop.
Tim has no way (or need) to have secret photos of Shadow.
Ruth actually told her about the finer points of Underwear, as in, “If you want to hang around with my son, you’d better learn to like them. I don’t want him getting free shows every night!”
As far as the rest about secret naughty photos or whatever, I’m not exactly sure how any of that relates to this page, or where it’s suddenly coming from. 🤔
That was referring to Arent’s comment about “private stuff” that Tim shouldn’t be showing these new people. [somehow it didn’t attach as a reply.]
Oh, and here I was thinking Ruth’s advice to Shadow was more alomg the lines of “Highcuts & boylegs are good, full coverage is for cold weather(flannel is preferable to satin) but lace thongs are only if you’re serious.”
The fact that Tim’s dad runs a photo shop is exactly what would make it possible for Tim to create his own dirty stash without his parents knowledge. Remember that he inherits the shop, and can develop film as an adult. We don’t know when or how he learned that. It could have been something he learned as kid while watching his dad work, and his dad explained it to him as a past time. Meaning that he could very well be capable of making his own photos.
That, or his dad could have helped him. Remember his reaction when Tim brought up the blonde to his room (even knowing full well of Shadow at the time)? He strikes me as the kind of fellow whose reaction to his sons personal amateur porno shoot would be “Nice job, son!”.
Incredible, the update has already come out, thanks and as such this I don’t think is planned yesterday the place where I met this comic was updated, the truth should not be there but the translation can be done is decent and delicious.

Whoever is doing this translation is certainly the most up to date guy, I think.
brandon means who, well they are the ones who created the website there and his brother from comics “vcp porno” are in charge of the translation, so the two of them as adult comics brothers upload the same and the vcp before Yesterday he did it and his brother who is chochox shared it since he uploads it faster than loading pages and does not have so many ads or things like that and there I think there is a robot or person called cyberex11 or something like that. translation for them, I don’t quite remember his name but yes, they do that every day and the last update was when I got here in March.
Huh Marcy seems less mad after the reveal of the kiss fight. Perhaps empathy over someone going after someone she liked before?
That’s because Marcy now understands what is going on.
More along the lines of Marcy realizing that Tim is completely clueless of how attached Shadow is to him. So now she feels sorry for Shadow falling in love with this sentient blob of super-dense mass.
And probably feels bad for poaching on Shadows too.
My experience leads me to think that Marcy wouldn’t surrender like that but would double her attempts to capture Tim’s interest because she wants his scalp as a trophy.
Not all teens are like that, but most would accept that as a challenge.

Tim said “the freak show” started later, (which gives me to understand that Shadow will go to his room at night) what I don’t understand is how does Tim know that Shadow will go to his room at night after that Fight? I don’t think Shadow wants to go after that fight

He’s young, naive and clueless. But seems Marcy has a bit more experience and realized he actually meant “Yes but I didn’t noticed yet”.
Also, “It’s complicated” usually means “it would get more complicated if I tried to get someone else as girlfriend”.

How would you feel if you were embarking on a creative project in your spare time and people who were getting to view that project for free complained about the speed it was being made?
You realize that there’s never been a case where heckling the creator for more frequent updates has ACTUALLY resulted in more frequent updates, right? At best, it has no effect, at worst it demoralizes the creator.
It MIGHT help if the heckling is accompanied by a heckload of money. There is “donate” button in page sidebar.
Dude I know I’m replying to this 3 days later like a weirdo but what the fuck!?!? Don’t diss an amazing artist just because his work takes a little longer than you would like. Brandon’s comic is fucking amazing and I don’t care if it takes a day a month or a whole year for the next pannel. I’m not letting anybody insult his work because of a fucking timeframe.
